Joy's POV:
I watched the raindrops race down my window as I drove to my new school; Riverdale High. I didn't want to leave my old school but my dad got relocated. In turn so did my mom, dad, and sister. "Joy! Joy!" my sister broke my train of thought "Yes okay! I'm leaving" I told my sister while I got out of the car. I walked onto the grass in the front of the school. I took a deep breath and walked through the doors of the school. I tried to find my lockers then i bumped into a really pretty blonde haired girl, "God im so sorry, I am new I wasn't paying attention! I am so sor-" I was interrupted "Its fine! It's no problem, I am Betty!" She said, her blonde ponytail bouncing around. "I'm Joy!" I blurted shaking her hand. "It's nice to meet Joy, I have some people for you to meet" she grabbed my hand and dragged me into the outside eating area and over to a table with a red haired boy, brown haired boy, black haired girl and another brown haired boy. "Guys, this is Joy! This is her first day and she is gonna hang out with us." "Hi Joy! I'm Veronica. You can call me Ronnie!" The black haired girl introduced herself. "Hey, I'm Archie! You can call me Arch if you want" The red head informed me. "Hello Joy, I am Kevin also known as the gay best friend" the other brown haird boy shook ny hand while smiling. "Well Joy, know that you know everyone tell us a little bit about you" Betty requested while we both sat down at the table. "Well.. Um okay I'm Joy Winters, I moved to Riverdale from Texas a week okay along with my mom, dad and sister, I never really had any friends back in Texas so I'm not really missing anything" I finished speaking clutching my binder closer to me as i realized no one speaking. "Okay V, me you and Joy are going to pops tonight and after going back to my place" Betty said grinning ear to ear "Okay B, Sounds like a plan! Anyone else wanna come?" Veronica asked looking around. "I'm coming!" yelled Jughead. "Okay! Ill come pick all of you up at 7?" Betty asked. We all agreed and went to class. Tonight should be interesting.
