Invisible Girl

Chapter 1

There's this girl that's always been invisible to the world. She is shy and quiet but also extremely smart and nobody knows it. This girl has no friends and the only time she talks is when she is with her family; though they never seem to notice. She is beautiful, but no one ever sees her. Her name is Lilly.

Lily always follows the rules because if she gets into trouble then that would mean that someone knew she existed. Lilly liked being invisible because it meant that no matter what she did nobody noticed. One day she was sitting in her math class and a new boy, that had just moved to the school, sat down beside her. She didn't know his name, but she knew that he had seen her because he turned to her and said,"Hey I'm new here and and I saw you and thought that you looked like a nice girl Who would do me the favor of showing me me around the school. So what do you say will you show me around?" Lilly didn't know what to say because nobody had ever spoken to her or noticed that she existed. She plainly said, "Sure, why not." And shrugged.

Lilly basically tried to avoid the boy all day but he always seemed to find her. One time she thought that he was even going to follow her into the bathroom. They had one other class together other than math and that was her least favorite class of the day, History, and he again sat down beside her. When he sat down he said, "I thought that you were going to show me around the school, but you seem to be avoiding me. Did I do something to make you not like me?"

She responded saying, "No, it's just that first I don't even know your name and second I'm not used to people seeing me and talking to me because I am invisible to everyone and everything. For some reason you seem to be the only person that sees me!"

He gave her a look of shock due to the fact that she had barely said one word to him and now she blew up on him saying all of these things.

The boy sat there for a few minutes then finally said, "Okay. My name is Johnathan and I spoke to you because I saw you and thought that you looked nice and I thought that you were the prettiest girl that I had ever seen. I wanted and still want to get to know you, if you would allow me to."

She smiled and said, "Thanks, I would love to get to know you too Johnathan. By the way, my name is Lilly."

"What a beautiful name for such a beautiful girl." He then gave her this smile that made her insides turn completely to mush and made her stomach fill with butterflies.

A/N I only have chapter one right now and I really want everyone's feedback. Tell me what you think. I want everyone's constructive criticism and any ideas that you guys have for the story let me know I want this to be a story that all of you want to read. I am having some writer's block so I'm not for sure when chapter two will be up. With your ideas and feedback maybe it will be up sooner than expected.
