Gray jumped up from his mom yelling at him
"Gray micheal denan, if you miss another day of school you'll be suspended!"
He steped out of the wooden kitchen chair and ran his hand through his blood red hair while grabbing his book bag.
"What does it matter" gray shrugged
"Does anything matter to you gray?"
"Nah"
"You're never gonna get a job if you stay like this"
"So?"
"No job, no money, no money, no house, no house no wife, n-"
"Whatever"
"Im done with you gray, go to school before i shoot you"
"Oh nooo" grey replied sarcastically before shuting tge door behind him and fumbling around with his keys.
Gray unlocked his car door and practically fell into it.
It was a 69 shelby, it broke down alot and there was dents but it was the only thing he had to remeber his dad by.
Gray turned the key and the engine roared to life before gray quickly pulled out and sped off down the street.
Gray pulled onto the campus parking lot and drove around for a couple minutes looking for a spot near the front before giving up and settling for one behind the building.
Gray stepped out and locked the doors before pulling out his phone and looking trough his contacts.

G: hey

Alyx: aye fam, where are you?

G: in the back, by my car.

Alyx: well im in the front. Come over here.

G: give me time lol

Alyx: ill give you all the time you need when you get your ass over here

G: well we have three classes together so i dont care.

Gray shoved his phone into his pocket and started to walk around the building while shoving his earbuds in.
It took around three minutes but soon gray came around the building and saw alyx, she was sitting criss crossed on the grass and looking at her phone. She sliver hair and a nirvana jacket on with black combat boots.
"You gonna notice me or what?"
Alyx looked up and sat hee phone down
"Oh whats up"
"Nothing much just-" the bell rang cutting both of them off
"Just getting to class?" Alyx chuckled
"Only so i dont get kicked out, ya know, go first period, skip a couple, go sixth period, leave"
"What?"
"Nothing. I gotta get to class"
"Bye bye" alyx waved as she laid down on the grass and gray headed into the front doors and going down the second corridor to his AP political class, of course he didnt want to be in it, but his dad was a upcoming politician and his mom always followed her husband.
Gray found a seat in the back of the room and pulled his phone out again.

Erin: hey do you want to come over sometime

Gray: no

Erin: what do you mean no?

Gray: i mean i have two tests and a fuck ton of studying Erin

Gray: get off my back for once, i dont wanna fuck everyday of the week

Erin: i just wanna see you. Jeeze is that to much to ask

Gray: im in class.

Erin: so?

Gray: i need to fucking study

Erin: so?

Gray: fuck you.

Erin: you don't care about your grades

Gray: well if it keeps me from talking to you, i do.

Erin: (typing)

Gray shut his phone off and put in on the table.
Erin was grays girlfriend, there relationship was kinda forced from their parents, even tough gray hated her since kindergarten. erin was trying to keep it 'real' since she had a real intrest in him, but gray wanted no part of it.
Gray started to get lost into thought when the bell rang. He jumped up and grabbed his phone, then slng his backpack over his shoulder and went to his next class, and repeated that until the end bell rang and everyone ran out into the parking lot.
Gray unlocked his door and sat his phone on the dash and started the car, starting the drive back home.
Gray opened the front door to his house and his mom and dad were there
"Gray what is this?" His mom held up a letter
"I dont know i cant see it"
"You're failing all your classes and you've gotten at least 3 write ups a week"
"Cool" gray said as he started up the stairs
"No not cool" grays dad stepped in, and grabbed gray by the shirt, he quickly turned baxk and slapped his hand away before running upstairs and slamming hos bedroom door locking it, his parents following banging on it from the outside.
Gray pulled out his phone and started to text his friend

G: yo
Alyx: yo yo

G: can i crash at your place tonight

Alyx: yeah, sure. But why?

G: i got in a fight with my parents. On my way

Alyx: k

Gray opened his window and grabbed a hoodie, pulling it on and sloding his pjone in the pocket before jumping out and working his way down the roof.

Gray shut his car door and went around the side of alyx's house which was only a couple blocks away; and slid open the window to her room and crawled in, the lights were off and she wasnt there so he texted her

G: where are you?

Alyx: wait, are you already there?

G: yeah im in your room dumbass

Alyx: im at the store, ill be back in 5

G: okie ill be playing playstation lmao

Alyx: if you start a new game on the last of us im gonna kick your ass

G: okay lmao

Alyx: anyways, want anything?

G: chips, any kind.

Alyx: okie dokie

Gray sat his phone on her bedside table and walked over to the medium sized tv and grabbed a remote and controller, then sat down and turned the tv on and then the playstation 4, and started playing the last of us.
About ten minutes later alyx walked in the room with a bag of cool ranch doritos and threw them at gray
"Here you go dumbass"

"Thanks" gray kept his eyes fixated on the screen

"Wait. What the hell?!"

"Hmm"

"I told you not to start a new game you ass"

"Oops"

Alyx went and laid down on her bed and pulled out her phone, starting to play games
"So what did you get in a fight about"

"Grades"

"Of course"

"Im exhausted"

"Same"

"Ima sleep"

"Clean up the top bunk, you aint sleeping down here"

"Ugh"
Geay went up and brushed the items on the top bunk over and crawled under the sheets before slipping his pants hoodie and shirt off and drifting to sleep.
