Chapter 29: Leaving

"Jodie." The voice said.

Jodie looked up and saw her dad.

"Dad." Jodie said, "What are you doing here?"

"Well... I am going back to my house then I saw you with him crying so I stopped by to check on what happened." Dad said, "And who are you?"

"My name is Austin Woods sir." Austin said.

"Did you do something with my daughter?" Dad asked, "If you do I am going to kill you."

"No sir. No sir." Austin said.

"Thank goodness." Dad said, "Oh yeah Austin you could call me Michael."

"Ok Michael." Austin said.

"Anyways.... Jodie what happened?" Dad asked.

"It is mom and Victor's fault." Jodie said, "They never told us that they were dating for two months and Victor proposed to her a few hours ago. Then we object because mom likes Victor and replace you as my father then Austin objects because his dad and mom never got divorce and Victor does not like Austin's mom that much."

"Come here Jodie." Dad said hugging me.

"Thanks dad." Jodie said.

"Did your mom told you the truth already?" Dad asked.

"No." Jodie said, "She also haven't found out about you know I meeting you."

"Then what are you going to do now?" Dad asked.

"I just cannot see mom right now." Jodie said, "I just need time away from mom and Victor."

"How about you stay at my house first." Dad said.

"Thanks Dad." Jodie said.

"How about you, Austin?" Dad asked.

"How about me?" Austin asked.

"Do you want some time away from your dad and live at my place for a while?" Dad asked.

"Sorry Michael." Austin said, "I have to decline your offer because I have a sister back at my house and I think she is worried sick about me because we are twins."

"Really?!" Jodie said.

"Yeah! You don't know?" Austin asked.

"Yeah! You guys don't look alike."

"Well... First of all, one is female and one is male." Austin said, "And second we are fraternal twins."

"Oh ok." Jodie said.

"Anyways... Lets go back to your house Jodie and pack your stuff." Dad said, "How about bringing you home, Austin?"

"That's fine." Austin said.

"Ok dad lets go." Jodie said

All of them went inside Michael's car and drove to Jodie's house. When they arrived, they decided that the boys would wait inside the car while Jodie goes in. When Jodie went in. She saw mom and Victor running towards her.

"Oh honey." Mom said, "Thank god you are safe."

"Mom, I am still mad at you." Jodie said,"And you to, Victor."
