I waited in the case for about five minutes until Newt came down with Jacob.

"Finally! Here. This should stop the sweating and the pills will fix the twitch." I shoved the plant and pills into Newt's hand. He then explained it to Jacob, who eventually swallowed the pills. Newt hacked a... goat corpse(?) for the graphorns. He gave it to Jacob, who looked disgusted.

"Come on." Newt said. I led with the two boys behind me. We went to the occamies. "Let me look at you. New occamy. Your occamy." He said to Jacob.

"W-what do you mean, my occamy?"

"Yes do you want to-?" He offered the occamy. Wait what? He was trusting-?

"O-oh yeah sure. Oh ho, look at you." He was holding the occamy, closely watched by Newt. He reached to pet the little one, and almost got nipped.

"Ah, no sorry, don't pet. They have to learn to defend themselves early. Their eggs are made of silver, so they're often raided by hunters." Newt explained, taking back the occamy.

"Thank you." Jacob said, completely amazed.

Newt smiled, glad someone was amazed by his creatures. "Come on." He said. We walked into the Arizona desert area. It was storming. Frank was upset for some reason. He came down and Newt nuzzled him. "Oh, thank Parceleus, you didn't get out. That would have quite catastrophic." It already is, Newt. "See, this is the real reason we came to America. To bring Frank home. To the wilds of Arizona." He threw up the treat for him and we walked out of that area.

He did his roaring call for the Graphorns as we walked into the area. Jacob got a little freaked out. We both laughed and Newt pulled him back.

"Their the last breeding pair in existence. If I hadn't rescued them, that would've been the end of the graphorns. Forever." He threw some meat out for them. We walked back out to the main area. An annoyed call came out of nowhere.

"Could you throw some of those pellets in with the mooncalves? They're over there." Newt asked Jacob, gesturing to the bucket and a moonlight area.

"Sure." He took the bucket and walked over to the area, muttering to himself. He seemed amazed at the mooncalves. Newt and I watched for a bit, then went to see what creatures got out.

"So the niffler and demiguise is gone." I told him.

"And the erumpent." He told me. Jacob was walking back, a huge grin on his face. Newt turned to him. "So, where do you think a medium sized creature who likes broad open plains, water holes, that sort of thing, where might she go?"

"Plains? Water holes? In New York City? Ahm, Central Park." He said.

"And where is that exactly?"

Jacob looked surprised at his question. "Where is Central Park?" then seemed to remember he was talking to foreigners. "Look, I'd take you, but don't you think that's a bit of a double cross? I mean the girls take us in, they make us hot cocoa-"

"You do realise that once they see you've stopped sweating, they'll obliviate you in a heartbeat." Way to sugarcoat it, Newt.

"What does 'bliviate' mean?" Jacob asked.

"It's like you'll wake up, and all memory of magic gone." I said.

"I-I won't remember any of this?" We shook our heads. Jacob seemed torn. "Y-yeah I'll help you."

"Excellent. Let's go."

A/N- so that was actually boring. Oh well. Things are gonna get fun/interesting in a while. All you people are awesome. Bye!!
