Trevor's POV
I wake up to the sound of a bull-horn. I hear a loud thud and I look up to see Zach, he's on the floor groaning and I can't help to laugh. He looks up and glares at me, I simply brush him off and walk towards the showers. After showers, we all sit in the cafe waiting for Max. All of a sudden the lights go out! Everyone is in a panic and we just hear maniacal laughter. We see Max appear grinning, he informs us that today's challenge is a fear related one and in order for our team to win we have have everyone successfully face their fears. I begin to become nervous because I have severe arachnophobia. The teams go inside of this abandoned warehouse and we see Clair in front of two boxes. She pulls a sheet off both of them and one had spiders. I mean SOME BIG ASS SPIDERS! The other box had some scary looking mother fuckin' snakes. Clair calls mine, Glen, and Tyler's name and tells us that she is going to put the spiders on us as our challenge. We have to let the spiders be on us for one whole minute; in theory it sounded easy but I was still scared shitless. We all layed down on this old dirty mattress and Clair has a specialist (one of the interns) put the spiders on us. I hear Glen crying and Tyler is quiet as a mouse. I hear everyone else yelling and saying stuff but I'm so scared I zone out: my body just feels limp and like the world stops moving. I finally snap back because I hear a buzzer and I reluctantly move my head down and I notice the spiders are gone. Bobbie gets me up from the mattress and I just feel my body shaking in his arms. My team crowds around me in support but the support is interrupted by the next challenge starting. The challenge is snakes so Bobbie gets called along with Seth and Bailey. They lay on the same mattress but this time the snakes were on them. They put the snakes on them one at a time each time the snake gets bigger and bigger, than the pull out this gargantuan snake it just coils on their stomachs. The sounds of whimpers and shallow breaths is all you hear until the buzzer rings and the hissing from snakes as they are being picked up and put back in the boxes. Surprisingly, they all lasted their minute; so far the teams are neck and neck and the next challenge is more dark... Clair escorts Zach and Hayden into a box and locks them in there, she and begins playing horrible sounds of people crying, gun fire, and people cursing and screaming. It was honestly horrific. Hayden is pounding on the door begging and pleading to be released from the box. The poor thing was so shaken up, I feel so awful. Once Hayden was released, Clair unlocked Zach's box. He walked out looking so numb, he looked so dazed as if someone ripped his soul from his body. He didn't talk to anyone and went to the back of the group. I was concerned, but I had to encourage the rest of the group. The next challenge was a heights challenge which included JM, Cody, Bryan, and Ryan. They all had to keep climbing a ladder and who ever could not make it past the middle lost. The interns kept throwing small rocks down to make the guys look down realizing how far they are from the ground. Ryan starts to shake and lose his hold from the ladder, JM and the other look over from the commotion I swear it looked like one of them was going to have a panic attack, the sweat on their brows was visible from all the way down on the ground. Luckily, and also tragically, everyone made it. Axel, Cameron, and Curtis were all afraid of clowns and were forced interact with one inside of a haunted house. It was pretty funny, as they were acting like babies! The high pitch screams made them sound like a couple of girls. The other team was the last to go and it was a drowning fear. They had to go underwater and swim down to the checkpoint, which wasn't far, but when you're afraid of drowning that looks like a pit into a watery grave. I almost wish I was scared of drowning because them lifeguards were major man candy! Jackson barely got through three feet of water before he bolted straight to the surface! The rest of their team pushed forward and made it to the checkpoint safely. Somehow, through all the stuttering, sweating, cursing, and almost drowning we made it through the challenge.
Once I got back to cabin I see Zach still sitting alone: Ryan and Axel just left without him. I poke him to get his attention, he pauses his music and looks up at me. I ask him if he's okay, he just responded with a head nod which only made me pry deeper. He looked up at me annoyed. Because of my prying he stormed out, slamming the door. I look down and see a picture of him and a guy posing they honestly looked like they was happy when that photo was taken... but there is a tear stain on the photo and a date on the back. Who's the guy in the picture and why do I care so much?
JM's POV
Max calls my team to the elimination stage. He has us tally the votes for who we want to eliminated and the team unanimously voted Hayden off since he was the first one to lose. Although Jackson also lost be he's more of an asset to us winning. Hayden leaves without complaint. Honestly I don't think anyone really cared.
No Ones POV
Trevor walks into the room and see's a note on his bed it says
"Meet me by the docks so I can explain. -Z"
He slides the note in his pocket, hoping no one saw him, and sneaks out before the other guys realize he's missing.
