Being different was never easy. It was bad enough that I was technically a "foreigner" and on top of that I was the "weird nerd girl'. Now I don't think that - i'm actually quite awesome if I say so myself - and I believe every one is different in their own unique way. At first I thought I could live in solidarity, content with just my books, phone and of course chrysanthemum. But then, human beings are a complex species and one of these complexities deem us to want and crave interaction. So soon I got bored of being alone, but with no one to speak to, how could I satisfy this want ?
Well for one I tried the solution my many teen fiction novels offered , 'Be yourself' . They forgot to mention sometimes yourself is just too awesome and other people would get jealous and yearn for your downfall - hence the situation with my ex-best friend. So I decided to just use the easy way- be someone else -. That worked out perfectly. I played my parts right, fitting into to society's laws and I even gained myself some friends. Finally I wasn't alone. The sad part was no one knew who I actually was, my dreams and desires, my pet peeves and crazy quirks. That is until a peculiar guy came tumbling into my life and he, with the help of his awkward charms and crazy antics, made my life hell.
A/N. This book had been posted before but I took it down and made some major tweaks. I hope you enjoy it. It's my first book so please don't mind the scarce plot and I'm always open to constructive criticism. Aurevior
