More than one hundred sleepless nights. (VIC FUENTES IS MY DAD FANFIC)

Day one

I woke up this morning to my alarm going off , blasting happy song by bmth . I slowly move to my iphone 6s to turn it off. I go into the bathroom and get ready , wearing an all time low shirt , black skinny jeans , vans, and my choker.  I go downstairs to see my mom looking hungover... shes been picking back up on her alcohol addiction after her last boyfriend left her, he was cheating on her anyway , fuck him.  I walk over to the fridge and while getting food I say "good morning mom , need anything?" she smiles weakly and says for me to get her some headache meds, so I did. I finished my last bite of yogurt then got on my skateboard to school, aka hell. 

I had two friends, thats it. I walked inside the school and sat down next to my friend Hayley. She was really shy around people and I feel special because I am one of the few people she opened up to. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say I loved her , she even helped me ...stop cutting. I say to her "Oh did we have any homework last night?!" she nods and i say under my breath "fuck" she giggles a bit hearing what i said . I go out to my locker and see the bitch of the school , Mel. She was my friend until i saw through her lies, after that i finally decided to take my own path in life and thats when i became this ya know... alternative i guess.  I walk to my locker. She sees me and says "ew an emo, go cry in the bathroom" and chuckles at her own insult. I glare at her not saying anything and finish what i'm doing at my locker. I go back in the classroom , the teacher starts the math lesson , I obviously got bored as hell and started to doodle in my notebook. I go through my regular thing in school , go to my classes first through third period , go to lunch and say hi to my other friend in 8th ,(im in 6th) Blain, then go back for fourth and fifth period. I go home on my skateboard listening to my favorite band at the moment, pierce the veil, something about the lead singers voice is so calming to me. 

I walk to see my mom crying, surrounded by bottles of Whiskey, beer , and various other drink bottles. 

i walk over and say "Mom, im home , talk to me whats wrong" 

She shakes her head and stopped crying , she pulls me into a hug , she says "Leah, I can't take care of you anymore, my alcohol problem has gotten worse and worse and i dont want you to see it , I'm sending you to go live with you're father in San Diego."

Me, being very shocked says "B-but mom , i thought you said my dad left when i was 2 weeks old." she says "um... I lied..I left your father ." She hugs me and tells me to go pack my stuff for tomorrow because thats when I will be leaving. I had one day left at school with Blain and Hayley. At least my father wasn't in another state, my friends could still visit i guess. I pack all my stuff with the exception of an outfit for school tomorrow. My mom also said I will be meeting my dad at our house tomorrow , im so scared, what if he doesn't want me, what if he hates me. 

Later that night i text Hayley whats all going to happen. Then I fell asleep.
