Junior Year
Lola wakes up to a pounding in her head and the strong scent of pancakes.
Her eyes slowly open, the sun leaking through the window blinding her shortly before she sits up slowly, grabbing her phone from the side of the bed.
She panics when she spots the time, quickly jumping out of the bed and running toward the front door.
She's just about out the door when she spots a framed photo she's never seen before, then realization that she's not in her house, and barely remembers her time at the club last night, hits her.
"Made you pancakes." She jumps slightly, the familiar voice drawing her attention to the kitchen where she spots a familiar figure standing half naked with a cup of what looks like orange juice and a plate of chocolate chip pancakes.
She furrows her eyebrows, slowly making her way to stand in front of the bright smiled man. She grabs hold of the objects, trying hard to jog her memory of the past night events.
The guy gives her another quick smile before reaching behind him and grabbing his own cup of juice, smiling over the brim of the glass.
"We didn't sleep together did we?"
Louis chokes on his drink, placing the cup onto the counter as he coughs. "No." He croaks, watching curiously as Lola shrugs, grabbing one of the pancakes off of the p;ate and stuffing it into her mouth.
"So really quickly, sum up what happened last night." Lola requests, taking another bite from her pancake before placing the plate down, giving L- "You're name's Louis right?" he nods -ouis her full attention.
He runs a hand through his hair, leaning back against the counter. "Well, you show up with two other girls, they started talking up a storm with some guys and you came to the bar, ordered a few drinks, started go on about some kid till i got off my shift, turned out your friends had left so i took you back here, you passed out on my bed so i slept on the couch."
Lola nods, walking past Louis to the front door. "Come on, you're driving me to school - 's already lunch." Louis curses, running to his room quickly to throw on a pair of sweats.
--
"I don't see why you didn't put on a shirt." Lola muses, closing the passenger door before leaning on it. Louis shrugs slightly, his eyes fixated on a figure behind Lola. "You've got a fan." He comments, nudging his head toward the stranger.
Lola looks over her shoulder, grunting slightly. "my cue to leave." She mumbles lowly, thanking Louis before waving him off. Lola quickly makes her way inside, walking straight to her locker.
"Lola Rukin? Are my eyes deceiving me? Has my best friend returned?" Harry gasped, his eyes trailing across her attire. A short dress, messy loose curls and a pair of heels dangling by her side as she unlocks her locker. "No."
"But - you've still got the over night bag." Harry states accusingly, watching as Lola pulls out a pair of sweats and a sweater, shoving her heels into the bag. "Do you still have those sandals in your locker?"
"Yes- but you're avoiding my question." Harry crosses his arms over his chest, cocking an eyebrow. Lola sighs, rolling her eyes slightly from the amount of attention they were attracting. "I went out with El and Pear last night. They left me so the bartender took me to his place. And no - we did not have sex - he slept on the couch."
Harry snorts, a smirk plastered on his face. "Sure. Why don't you just admit the old Lola's back." Lola turned, moving past gossiping people. "Because she's not."

Sophomore Year
Lola slipped on her pants quickly, accidentally bumping into the side table and making a small noise. She peeked over her shoulder, a small relieved sigh leaving her lips.
She searched around the room for her shirt, tempted to just snatch one of the shirts from the closet. "Oh, you're awake." Lola shot up, her eyes wide as the man sits up in bed, a small dopey smile on his lips.
She laughed nervously, lowly backing up toward the closet. "Yeah.." She snatched up a sweater, throwing it on. "Do 'ou wanna go get some coffee or something?" The guy asked, hope seeping through each word.
Lola ran a hand through her hair, her hand grasping the door handle. "Yeah, can't. Gotta meet up with a friend and all but um - thanks for last night." She muttered out, quickly walking out of the room.
At least she was polite.
