RANKING SYSTEM
Cadet-Trainees. Must be accompanied by a lieutenant or higher for any mission ranked higher than a C.

Private- Fresh out of training, they're a dime a dozen. Some quickly rise to sergeant. Others. . .linger. For any mission C or higher they must have a team of four to accompany them-five total.

Sergeant-Still common, once you reach sergeant you're finally allowed to combat the hollows. If you're living at the HQ, you're allowed to move from the barracks to a dorm room occupied by four others rather than twenty. They become your team. Your family. Your chain-tying you down to the P.P.A. You also get death insurance, and a raise. Which are all good things.

Lieutenant-Still living in the same dorms, for every four sergeants there is one lieutenant. They act as a leader of the team. But the pay raise is minimal.

Captain- Tasked with managing three teams, captains also are moved to a three person barrack, with a new team. They're allowed to enter more areas of the HQ and see some classified documents provided they have approval. They're missions become more challenging however. Some find things they don't like at this level.

General-Allowed to apply for the Human Resources Department, they're issued more equipment, give out missions to captains while working on a team of size of their choosing-rarely is it more than five-from people of any rank as long as it's below them.

First Class-These guys are the definition of classified. Their identities are deleted-any evidence of them gone. They aren't just classified. They don't exist. But trust me when I say don't piss them off. Mostly they work independently, and their skills are remarkable. They move into a room of one, as they usually work alone. In my time at the P.P.A. I've only seen them work together once. Here you're allowed to work on S ranked missions and go out of the field alone. By now people have learned one thing: don't hesitate.

Paladin-There are never more than seven paladins at a time. And at the time I am writing this I am the third: Le Paladin de Mercredi. The paladin of Wednesday. These are your elite, the ones who save the world on a regular basis. They have power. And they alone are capable of discussing plans with the czar. For them, nothing is classified. They work as a team, and together they are unstoppable. They're moved to extravagant barracks where they all live.

Czar- "The king." There is only one of him or her. With insane skill, some can be decent. Others . . . Be wary of what people say.

Item #039CDE
Blink
Issued to generals, and higher ranks, this item may be the worst of all. Capable of "invoking memory loss," I've come to understand it as a necessary evil. It works by injecting a serum into someone-however the serum affects different people differently. Some find themselves to forget their whole lives-who they are, their family even. They're the lucky ones. Some it doesn't erase enough, or the serum wears off. For them, I give my pity. For the serum then must be injected again, and over time it's not just the memory they lose-their brain itself disappears-they're sanity gone. How do I know what I know is real, if I don't know how much I really remember. How much have I forgotten?

ITEM #107ABT
IDEM
While the P.P.A doesn't have any official uniform per say, every personnel is required to wear a bracelet on their nondominant wrist. It's like a dog tag, but with a few upgrades. It's capable of telling the time, record your heart rate, and give your information if needed, like your name, birth date, and rank in the P.P.A. It's able to record what you and those around you say, in case any personnel steps out of line while at work or harm any living people unless necessary. But it comes at a great price-privacy.
