Simon whirled in front of the mirror, looking at the suit he had borrowed from Raphael.
"You look pretty," a voice commented.
Simon looked up at the older vampire. If he had been able to, he would have blushed.
"Thanks. I'm going to Alec's wedding."
"I guess I'm not invited?" Raphael smiled.
"I think they won't allow a vampire as a lonely guest. Unless you get invited." Then Raphael smirked, staring at his fellow. "Oh," Simon said. "You want to come as my guest?"
"I would love to, Simon." He made a few steps towards the brown-haired teenager. He brushed off Simon's suit and stretched his bowtie. "I'm gonna get dressed. Wait for me."
He came back five minutes later, more beautiful than ever. They left, and when they arrived at the wedding, Alec frowned.
"What is he doing here?"
"Raphael's my... uh, date," Simon stuttered.
Alec raised an eyebrow. "Alright," he finally nodded. "But make sure he behaves."
"I'll look after him. You have my word."
