Chapter 17

"(Y/N) your friend is here!" My mom yelled hitting the door to my room. "Hey." I said pulling Nia inside the room. "Hello." She pulled out a box from her purse and handed it to me. "I have the same one, I thought I should give you one too." She handed it to me. "I need to get going thought. Sorry I can't spend more time with you I'm in a hurry. " She said apologetically. "No worries I get it." She stayed behind a minute before running out and leaving me alone in my room. I heard the front door shut and sat on my bed examining the box. I opened it up and in it was a bear, it was probably 7 centimeters in size. I set it on my drawer and walked to my bed. I was tired and sleepy.

______//The Next Day//______

"Wake up. You need to go to school." I heard my brother say hitting me awake. "No." I felt sick. He gave me a look before putting his hand on my forehead. "Dude you have a major fever." I groaned. "I'll tell mom and dad stay here I'll right back." He left the room in a hurry. I stayed there. I put a foot out to keep cool and warm at the same time. I looked at the ceiling. This won me a day at not seeing the boys at school at the price of today sucking more then it should have. My brother came back with some soup. "I'll leave this here the medicine is right here and I'll bring a water right now." He was freaking out telling me everything. "Okay, thank you." He nodded and ran out the room. I sighed.

I grabbed my phone that was charging. An hour had passed and I was still lying down, my brother came to check up on me every 5 minutes. "Okay, come on. " He came over and lifted me up carrying me to the living room. He set me down and put in a movie that he just went to buy. I snuggled in the blanket I had brought over. "Where's mom and dad."

"Out." I nodded my sister was in school and well we weren't so... "We have ice cream, of course you can't have some though. We got some candies.... so basically it's all junk food." He placed 3 bags between us to show me how full the bags where. My eyes widened, "Thank you!" I reached in and got a chocolate.

We watched around 4 movies straight, two romance and the other two where comedies. "Dude that movie was awesome." My brother high fived me. "For real."

"I'm hungry." I whined.

"Me too."

"Lets order pizza."

"Oh I have my work number here." I took it out of my back pocket. "I'll call." He took the number and went out to order our food. I sat quietly waiting for him to come back with the pizza. You would expect me to get tiered of it because I work there but it's amazing. I heard the door opens and I peeked a little. "Here you go." My brother handed out the money as he held the pizza boxes in his hand. He walked back over and set them down in the middle of the couch. "That girl was nice she gave me her number. " He said getting some plates, he passed me one and went to sit down next to me. "You've had so many girlfriends I can't count them all." I said rolling my eyes and picking up a slice. "Doesn't mean I don't like them, and they break up with me anyway so who cares." I peacefully ate my pizza before answering him. "You just haven't found the one yet, but you will."

"Dude you're one to talk as well you're dating seven guys at the same time." I choked on the pizza I was currently eating. "I'm not dating any of them, no way they just..."

"Like you?" He asked, "Of course they like you it's obvious as fuck."

"Watch the language." He shrugged.

"Like I was saying it's obvious they like you and that you like them and you can't deny it. You can't have them all."

"I know that."

"Then what the hell are you doing? Playing with their feelings if I had to say so. "

"Hey just stop I don't want to talk about it."
