Chapter 1 {The Twins}

3rd Person's P.O.V.

Lux {Light} and Blade {Sharp sword} are two brother and sister who live on the streets of who ever knows where. They have had an incredible bond with each other since birth and cannot be separated. Literally. They feel a great deal of physical pain whenever separated. Or at least we think it was at birth. No one knows who their parents are. They have been providing for each other ever since they escaped an orphanage when they were seven. The orphanage assumed that they were brother and sister, so that is what they told these two seven year olds. One day something came after them while they were in the dump looking for food. Of course, these two 16 year olds protected each other with their lives, while the other was complaining that they needed to protect the other one of the two. Confusing right? You have no clue~!!

As they were running from the terrible creature, that one could only assume is something not of this earth, Lux tripped over a broken window and hurt her side and leg. How clumsy of her~! Shards of glass were everywhere, including her right leg, and right side. Blade ran and quickly grabbed one of the shards of glass and swiped at the creature. The creature easily blocked his swipe. Two other teenagers came. They looked about the same age as Lux and Blade. They quickly killed the monster and approached Lux and Blade. Should he trust them to help..? His sister's life hangs in the balance...she could bleed to death..so he took that risk...for her...

"Who are you and what do you want!?" yelled Blade. "We are your worst nightmare." Said the blonde one. "Ugh sis that is getting old! Hey! We are 'the twins'." said the darker haired one. "Oh come on sis! This is way more fun~!" yelled the blonde one. "Excuse me, but my sister is in pain right now..and I can feel it..I don't know how..or why but..its bad..please help her. This isn't the first time this has happened, but damn. I hope it is the last..." Blade said. Apparently when one feels pain the other one does as well. I wonder why..~ The blonde girl walked up to Blade, not caring about his last statement. "So, that is your sister..not girlfriend? And I assume you aren't taken..so" she jumped on Blade flirtingly. "Dude?! My sister needs medical assistance and I am broke. Will you help or no?!" He said yelling at the girl on top of him. "Yes, we will help you. One catch. You will make my sister your girlfriend" persuaded the dark haired girl. "..Okay fine just help her..now" He said seriously.

With one snap of their fingers in sync, Lux was healed. "Lux! You scared me! You were not talking or moving!!" He yelled to his sister. "I was in pain!! I am sooo sorry." she said with a tone, a jokingly sarcastic tone. "Ugh come here" As he hugged his sister, the blonde walked up yet again. She grabbed him away from his sister and kissed up and down his face not leaving one inch left except, surprisingly, his lips. "Who the f*** are you?! GET OFF MY BROTHER!!" Lux screamed. She slapped and kicked the blonde off her brother and grabbed his wrist and pulled him behind her. "Ugh! Stupid little girl! That is my boyfriend! Get away you damn kid before I kill you and throw your cold, dead, lifeless body to the hell hounds." said the blonde girl. "Blade, is it true?! Is that your..girlfriend?" Lux said quite disappointed.

Before Blade could answer Lux started talking again. "I was gone for, what probably, twenty minutes of your life and you go get a girlfriend and make out with her?! In front of me as well?!?" She said angrily. "No it's not like that-I know you are just looking out for me but-" Yet again he got cut off. "Why do you care stupid little girl!? Not like you are going to date him! You can't kiss him! You can't pleasure him!" This hit Lux pretty hard. She loves her brother so much, and he loves her but, they are brother and sister. Why is life so confusing? Nothing can ever happen between them. Not like they want anything to happen, they know they are brother and sister. It is not like that. At least that is what they were instinctively perceived to be true. Maybe there is something darker to this tale.

"Anyway. Baby come back~" said the blonde. "Uh..no" said Blade. "I don't want a girlfriend..and I definitely don't want to be someone's boy toy." he said. "YOU GO BLADE!!!" yelled Lux. He rubbed to back of his neck, sheepishly. "You will regret this..my sister has..a temper..and she throws temper tantrums" said the dark haired one. "I don't even know your names!!" he said. "I am Lilith {Female demon}" said the blonde girl. "I am Ebony {Dark beauty}" said the dark haired girl. Just like that in sync they said floating up with a demonic voice and red eyes "And since you didn't cooperate the first time...we could either do this the easy way, or hard way."

The Lux and Blade ran together. "Hard way it is.." The two twin girls said in sync again. "Lux! Stay in front me!! I don't want to be running and accidentally leave you behind!" he yelled to her. "Definitely not! You get in front me! You don't have to worry about me falling behind!! I'm worried about you!!" she yelled to him. Here's a trick~Don't bicker~. "Blade! I got this! Just stay in front me!" she yelled. "Lux. YOU GOT HURT ONCE ALREADY AND I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOSE YOU! JUST STAY IN FRONT! PLEASE!" he practically screamed and begged of her. She understood and ran in front of him. "I trust you..OH AND YOU OWE ME." she said as lovingly as possible, even though she was using some blackmail in there. Before you get any ideas, it is a brotherly love~...probably~ The twins came closer and closer until they arrived to the two siblings. Lux and Blade couldn't run any farther, it felt like their legs were going to give out. Suddenly Lux transformed into a bow that shoots arrows of light. Blade didn't even hesitate to grab her and he started shooting at the demonic twins. We all know why twins are the scary ones in the horror movies. Sometimes they can be damn scary..~ One shot after another, he didn't miss a single one. He felt powerful with her in his arms. Like his hands were meant to be there with her. Haha..sick thoughts, eh? Don't worry, all will be explained soon~. You cannot give up just yet...Reader-Chan! Stay DETERMINED...{Anyone get the reverence?} She seemed to feel the same but, she knew nothing can happen. She thought of herself to be gross, sick, twisted.. The bad part is..he felt the same. The twins started shooting something at Lux and Blade but, they are too powerful for them to fight back. "Blade RUN!!" Lux blurted out to him. He ran, and so did she. The twins were not interested in Lux, but only Blade. Lux ran farther and farther thinking that her brother was behind her, until she fell down in pain. "Wtf?!?" She groaned.

"He is ours now" they said in sync, for what? The third time maybe..? "What is so appealing about my brother!?" "None of your business" Lilith spat. Just like that, they knocked out Lux and took off with Blade. He was silent, but why? oh.. they knocked him out too.. Why do they want him so bad~? Hmmm, oh wouldn't you like to know, Reader-Chan...oh you really would?! Oh..uh..you have to wait so..um..keep reading on Reader-Chan..~
