" Mom! I do not want to leave! I don't want to lose all of my friends and you know how I feel about Andy!" I yell at my mom. She has been planning this move for a year as soon as she got a new job in an entirely new state, which means that I have to leave all of my friends behind. And Andy. Andy has been there for me ever since second grade when I first moved here. That was 4 years ago.
" Too bad (Y/N), I know you have feelings for Andy but you have to make a sacrifice" my mom tries to tell me in the middle of my fit. I roll my eyes and storm out the door walking to Andy's house that is about a mile away. I really do not care whether my mom wants me to go with her or not. I scream once and start running away from my house crying, not able to breathe.

I reach Andy's house and immediately he opens the door. "(Y/N), are you okay? you seem really mad and well you just look frustrated..." Andy says softly. I really hated the fact that I was moving away from my best friend and my crush to go to f*cking California for mom's new damn job. The worst part is, is that I haven't told Andy yet. I shake my head at Andy and he pulls me in for a hug. " shhhhhhh.... it's okay, just calm down..." Andy says. " I hate her.... I hate her so much..." I mutter into his chest. " who love? " he asks. "My mom, that's who" I say with venom in my voice. " oh why? what did she do?"
" Andy..... I'm moving" I squeak.
" W-what?" he stutters with a hurt look on his face. " How long have you known?" he asks.
" For about a year. I just didn't know how to tell you. Mom got a new job a year ago and her new boss said that she could start this year," I say. Andy takes a deep breath and finally manages to speak. "When are you leaving?" he croaks.
" Next month....." I say softly. Andy looks away and that can only mean one thing. He's about the break down. He turns away from me and walks further into his house. " C-come in, (y/n)," he says, but you could barely hear him. He walks into a room and starts talking with his mother and I just can't help but to listen.
"Mom... (y/n) is moving.... What am I supposed to say especially considering how I feel about her?" Andy says. " Andy, honey I am in just as much shock as you are. Why is she leaving?" His mother asks. "Her mother got a new job" he says sobbing.
" Where is she moving to? You cant just assume that she is leaving forever you know," His mom says softly. Even she is about to start crying from the sound of her voice.
"But mom, I love her! I can't lose my best friend and my true love!" Andy yells the last part and I gasp and run out the door. Andy must have heard me gasp because he comes running out calling my name. "(Y/N)! " He calls. But it is too late. I am already out the door and at the end of the driveway to his house. And I keep running.
