Flashing lights emerged the the glass windows as Lucy was being put on the gurney. Clichang!
Suddenly, a sound of metal arose as Natsu turned around and noticed some guy with blonde hair being handcuffed. It was Lucy's father. Natsu's eyes growled as Jude noticed a sting coming from him. Jude meet his eyes with Natsu's as Natsu's fist clenched. Jude was pissed. He was defiantly going to get revenge. Someday...

"N-Natsu." Lucy stared at the guy as he stood next to the bed. He peered at her as she rolled to her side. A smile stretched from cheek to cheek. "Thank you."
Natsu hesitated a moment. His face remained straight as he let out a sigh, "be more careful!" Lucy nodded her head once, before completely closing her eyes to a sleep.

"Are you okay?! You sure it's okay to be at school already!?" Levy panicked with worry. Lucy chuckled at her friend's concern. "I'm fine." She smiled with reassurance. Levy let out a sigh, slightly being more convinced. "So your father's in jail?" This triggered a moment of silence from Lucy. Afraid of saying the wrong thing, Levy's mouth parted, but before saying anything, Lucy spoke. "Yeah..." her voice was filled with sadness. She clutched her books closer to her chest as she stared at the floor while they walked. Levy immediately noticed this and looked ahead, not saying a word. Trying to change the subject, Levy gave a smile, "so are you coming to the party tonight?" Lucy looked at her friend in confusion. "What party?" Levy's eyes widened as a grin grew across her face. "You don't know about the only best party of the year?!?? The main social event?!" A fake gasps escaped her voice as Lucy chuckled, pushing her friend's shoulder slightly. "Knock it off." Levy pushed her glasses up to her eyes along with a smile. "But in all seriousness... you just have to go!" Lucy's face remained pokered as she thought for herself. Awaiting an answer, Levy immensely and impatiently tapped her foot. They stood by Lucy's locker as she was grabbing her sweater. "Okay! I guess I can go." Levy's eyes filled with hope as Lucy closed the locker shut. "This will be so awesome!!!!" They both laughed as they entered English together. Lucy received a couple stares from around the room, but she was too focused on talking with Levy to actually care.
