Jess's POV:
"Are you two together?" I asked him curious. He spluttered and flailed, trying to find an answer, "No, no we aren't why would you- oh I dunno it's- ugh! It's complicated... wish we were though..." he said the last bit quietly but I could hear him.
"Then tell her! Are you mad? Nevermind, don't answer that it's obvious. But seriously tell her. She really likes you," I told him back. He stared at me, eyes as wide as saucers,
"How would you know that?" He asked suspiciously,"have you seen the way she looks at you? Wow you're obtuse." I told him smugly.
"I can't though...imafraidoftellingher." He said the last part quietly and fast, but I understood him, "Why Doctor?"
"I dunno why. She's just so brilliant. Perfect for me in every way..." He said trailing off to look at me.
"Then tell her not me!" I stated like it was the most obvious thing in the universe.
"If you don't go over and tell her right now I will march her straight in here and tell her myself. You guys belong with each other. I can feel it." He stared at me wide eyed. He looked like he was thinking over what I had told him and went to go find Clara.
