Synchronicity

Prolouge

     Once, long ago, in a land that is no longer recognized by man, there lived a creature that you would commonly call a dragon. This dragon, known as the King of Kings, lived deep underground, in a cave where no one could find him. The only people that were aloud to lay eyes upon him were a simple selected two.

     One: The Sorceress. She wears a crystal mask upon her eyes, placed there when she was quite young. This crystal mask has allowed her time to stop. It has made her immortal. Known as Miku Hatsune, this teal-haired beauty was specifically chosen to guard the King. As well as the other inhabitant of the cave.

     Two: Known as the Diva, this person lives with Miku and the King for pure enchantment and enlightenment. The King has a tendency to become angered, so it is the Diva's soulful duty to sing for him, in order to keep him calm. The Diva is known to be a young woman with an enchanting voice, a voice so pure, it could make the worst of misers sing along with her merry songs. 

     Unfortunately, unlike Miku the Sorceress, the Diva is a mere mortal. Every now and then, the Diva will either die from absolute exhaustion because of singing forever, or because she has preformed a song that did not satisfy the King, in which he has gruesomely slain her with his razor-sharp claws and teeth. When this happens, it is Miku's sworn purpose to alert the mortal world above her that the Diva has died. In this case, it is the job of the Lady of the Land, Lady Luka Megurine, to send  for the new Diva to be found. The new Diva must have an exquisite singing voice, in which no person, or in these certain cases, the King, could resist. Once found, the new Diva is ordered from that day on to sing for the King. For the rest of their life. No exceptions.

     But, this is not a story about the King, and his string of Divas. No, that is not it at all.

     This is the story of a young man and his undying love for his sister, whom he was torn away from at birth.

As said in the description, this is a take on the movie-song series by Vocaloid called "Synchronicity". I highly suggest watching it. There are only two parts out of three so far, but don't expect the third part to come out any time soon. It's been two years already, and there's been no indication that the third part will be released soon.
