Chapter One: Similar Strings

Great, another day of school. Hours of boring lessons that can't help us at all in our everyday life. Or so he thought. Our story begins here when he's getting ready for school. Of course, I'm not going to refer to him as he, that's rude. His name was Caligo. He wasn't exactly your ordinary guy but he can do a few ordinary things.

Caligo was doing his morning routine brushing his hair and teeth. Caligo was a skinny, smart, weird, little kid who was bullied very frequently.He had long dark hair and brown eyes. While he was brushing his teeth he saw that a bird had flew into the bathroom though the open window. Caligo saw that it's wing was scratched so he took it and showed it to his parents. "I found this bird coming in from outside," said Caligo "What should we do with it?" His parents turned around and noticed the scratched wing. "I say we take care of it," said the mother. "I agree with your mother," said the father, "We will take care of it until it's wing has fully healed." The father took it from Caligo and put it in a box, they set it on the table and put a desk lamp above it. "There," said the father, "Now go get ready for school you gadha," Caligo laughed and got his bag and started walking to school. 

The wind was howling when he was walking to school. It was as if the wind was a person calling out to him in a faded voice. There was a thick fog that prevented him from seeing almost anything. He kept walking and saw his friend up ahead and caught up with them "Hey! Wait for me!" Caligo said. "Hi Cali." Cali was the nickname his friends gave him. "What'ca up to?" Caligo just responded "Nothing much Raro." Raro was Caligo's friend. He was tall, had short hair, and always wore t-shirts. Raro was very clever and enjoyed getting into mischief. They often bonded over video games and reading. "Hey," said Raro, "Have you seen Sapphire today?" Sapphire was A tall, brown haired, weird girl who wore glasses, and enjoyed reading and video games. "No I haven't seen her." said Caligo, "Why?" "Oh, just wondering" said Raro. "Mhmm," said Caligo in a suspicious voice. "I feel like I know what's going on," said Caligo. "What?" responded Raro. "You like Sap-" He was cut by seeing someone walking across the train tracks while the train light was on. Raro and Caligo knew exactly who it was even through the fog. They both thought "Sapphire."
