Part 4: The Shop

*Mercy and Feles walked out of the portal, back in the Hub Realm. Feles began leading Mercy somewhere. They talked while they walked*

"Feles: So, you have no way to protect yourself?"

"Mercy: No, not really."

"Feles: You went in the Predatory Realm knowing full well you could get eaten alive or killed and then eaten, and you still didn't think to prepare?"

"Mercy: It was my first time! What did you expect?!"

"Feles: Look, we're heading over to the Combat Realm."

"Mercy: Combat Realm?"

"Feles: Yeah, it's one of the main realms. It's three sub realms are the Weapon Realm, the Magic Realm, and the Armor Realm."

"Mercy: Armor Realm?"

"Feles: Yeah! They have all sorts of armor for sell."

"Mercy: How do you fight with armor?"

"Feles: Well, it's to protect you while you fight, doofus. But, some armor pieces do have attack power, like gauntlets. Oh, by the way, would you prefer a weapon or magic?"

"Mercy: Can I have an enchanted weapon?"

"Feles: No, those cost extra."

"Mercy: Cost?"

"Feles: Yeah, here in the Realms we have to pay for things just like at your home world. This shouldn't surprise you."

"Mercy: Well, how much does it cost? I could pay for it."

"Feles: Our currency is different than yours. We have a currency converting station here, so you can convert your currency to ours."

"Mercy: What's the currency here even?"

"Feles: Stars."

"Mercy: Stars?"

"Feles: Wow, you're almost like a talking mirror, repeating what I say and stuff."
*Mercy huffed*

"Mercy: What are stars?"

"Feles: Our currency."

"Mercy: No, I mean what does it look like?"

"Feles: Oh! Stars are put onto a special starcard. This starcard holds however many stars you own."

"Mercy: Like a debit card?"

"Feles: Sure, I guess. I don't know what that is, though."

*Mercy tried explaining what a debit card is to Feles. Feles listens, though, getting a bit confused*

"Feles: I don't quite understand."

*Mercy sighed*

"Mercy: Nevermind."

*Feles looked to Mercy*

"Feles: Hey, what all do you have? There are a lot of useful items for the Realms."

"Mercy: All I've been given so far is my identification card."

"Feles: Really? No phone?"

"Mercy: I have a phone."

"Feles: A phone for the Realms?"

"Mercy: Oh... Well, no. An Earth phone."

"Feles: Okay, we're going on a shopping spree after we get you a weapon."

*The two arrived in the Combat Realm center. Feles looked to Mercy*

"Feles: You never told me if you wanted magic or a weapon."
