Chapter 6- our floor

Steve p.o.v

" that is the best thing ever!" Alice said between laughs, I watched as Nat Clint and Alice all laughed at clints joke that he just told but Sarah just sat on the couch not paying any attention to the convocation, looking as if she was in deep thought, I narrowed my eyes at her. Why can't she just be in a prison, she is a threat to the rest of the team. After that thought Sarah suddenly stood up and walked over to me, 'what does she want' she stopped I front of me her eyes showing a mix of anger and sorrow

' curious why would she be sad' she then opened her mouth and asked " as much as I hate to ask, but I don't want to interrupt their convocation, so can you show me where my room is?" I stared at her and grunted out " whatever, only because I want you out of my face " she narrowed her eyes at me but did nothing more ' odd a few hours ago she wouldn't shut up with her sass, now she is barely even speaking a word" I started to walk in the direction of the elevator hearing her footsteps behind me, once we stepped inside the elevator I pushed the Botton to the 13th floor the floor below mine. I then turned around to be meet with her hard gaze

" yours and your floor is 13, you both have the whole floor to yourselves but you are both expected to keep the floor tidy and all doors must be unlocked at all times- " I was cut off by the doors opening to their floor, Sarah stepped out but just before the doors closed again, I spoke up saying while holding the door open saying " first off give me the bracelets and also dinner is at 6:00 don't be late !" She grumbled but gave me the bracelets And with that the doors closed

, I pushed the Botton to my floor, once the doors opened I stepped into the large space that I share with Clint Barton. I made my way into my bed room and into my draws for a pair of my training clothes after doing so and putting them on I made my way down to the training room. After stepping into the training room I noticed three holes one with Thor's hammer inside it and a large hole big enough for a person to fit through and a large one at that ' what happened here?" " Jarvis, can you show me vide footage of what happened in here?" The Ai system replied " of corse mr Rogers" I walked over to the screen that was in the wall on the other side of the room seeing Thor and Sarah bout to fight ' well this is going to be interesting'

Sarah p.o.v

I looked in awe at the floor that me and Alice now are staying on ' I think I could get used to this part' the modern look was beautifully set out with the medium sized kitchen to the side open to the living room, the far living room wall was all glass giving a view of the whole city, an egg chair was seated in the corner of the living room by the window and next to it was a bookshelf full with all kinds of books,

I walked over to the shelf and glided my hand across the books with have probably never been opened, I stopped my hand when it landed on a book called 'the 5th wave' I plucked the book from the shelf and plopped myself down in the egg chair and started to read the book.

After about half an hour my stomach started to grumble, at first I ignored it but after about the fifth grumble I stood up saying " ok, mr tummy I shall feed you" as I said this I bent over looking at my stomach and poked it, in reply I got another grumble, as I walked over to the fridge I heard the elevator open" Alice is that you? " the person came into the kitchen where I was making a sandwich " yep it's me"

I smiled but she couldn't see due to my back being to her, I then asked "do you want one" she just hummed in approval, after making the sandwiches and placing one in front of each on us on the island, I looked up to Alice once I took a seat to see her taking a bite of her sandwich, I smiled and looked to the wall to see that it was 3;30 ' today has gone so slow' after Alice swallowed the bite of sandwich in her mouth, she started to say
