Twilight's POV
I was venturing around Mt. Ebott in the middle of night because I would find or search for little children who got lost in their way and the troubled minded people.

I know that I shouldn't even be here but I could careless to anyone say about me.

I am going to do my best in my duty as the one who guides and protects them from the dangers that's within this place rather than to waste it on something unimportant at all...

As if the other people can't have the courage to past through this legendary mountain and be trapped in it is still unchanged for so long.

I continued walking around the forest,I hear a faint crying of a child. It's almost sounded like echoing than normal to be honest.

I followed the sound of it as I went deeper into the forest then I see a little kid sitting on a dead broken tree trunk.

I can tell that they're a lost soul due to the little wisps floating around them.

I approached them with caution because they would be frightened to see someone unfamiliar to them as I slowly sit a few inches away.

"Hello dear child,are you alright?"I asked calmly as they slowly moved their head up and turned to me.

"Y-You can...see me?But how?I know regular humans don't see souls like you do..."they said while tears still forming into their eyes,I sigh softly and think of an appropriate answer.

".....Some people have the ability to see souls and I am one of those people. This may sound untrue but there is such a ability where only few can do."I said as their crying soon stopped.

"O-Oh...I see...so you can see things?Wow,that's pretty unusual for a human. I wish I can do that too"they said,slightly more cheerful and happy.

"Indeed it is,dear one. Life can change people for reasons that can't be explained to anyone,nor the knowledgeable and the scientific concepts. But everything happens for a purpose and that includes you."I said as they looked at me confused,not understanding what I truly meant.

"What do you mean by that,miss? Are you saying that I have a purpose?What purpose could that be?"they asked me as I just didn't realized that their the virtue of the most important trait of them all.

"You'll know the answer soon enough,dear. I cannot say what it is but the answer shall reveal itself to you when it's time..."I said and they nodded in response.

"May I ask what you're name is,miss?"the asked me.

"My name is Twilight but you can call me Twi if you wish. And what will your name be?"I asked them.

"I shall be going now,Frisk. I have something else to do..."I was about to leave when they grabbed my hand.

"C-Can I come with you?Please? I don't want to be alone anymore..."they said and I smiled.

"Yes you can come with me. I'll be more than happy to have you with me."I said as they smiled back.
