Leah's POV

Things were back to normal since we had escaped Courtney, Abbey had fully recovered from the poison and she was back to her usual bubbly self. Today was another day for us, we sat in the kitchen chatting before we left to start our days.

"Want some?" I said and offered out the rice krispies box to Abbey.

"Erm, no thanks, ill pick up some breakfast on the way to work." Abbey replied.

"Suit yourself!" I shrugged and tipped more cereal into my bowl, I watched Abbey get her bag ready and put on her jacket, she was always so quiet, since the accident she never seemed to be very talkative.

"Later Leah" she beamed and headed towards the door.

"See ya later" I responded and looked down into my cereal bowl and played with my food for a second. The door slammed shut.

I finished my cereal and stumbled up and dumped the bowl into the kitchen sink and poured myself a drink of water and quickly tipped it down my throat and let out a loud sigh of refreshment.

I took a hot shower and got ready for work, I had planned on taking a drive when I got out, I looked out from the balcony and I could mildly see Abbey range rover speeding down the road. I picked up my bag and got moving, I wanted to take my drive before work.

There was nothing like a morning drive through the murky city on a rainy day.

I got in the lift and went down into the elevator, I hit the button down to the underground parking. The car park was dark and empty, a few cars were parked but not another soul around, I spotted my car and startef walking towards it...
