Kelly is just 18 she is the angel of fate so she can condemn a soul to he an or hell when you die, or give you a second chance at life and bring a person back. For she sense the death of a person who was not meant to die There is this mid realm where she sends the souls to their right places but also gives the ones who died before their time life again.
Kelly is very powerful so other angles and devils can only sense her if she wants them too. So she was walking down the streets of Los Santos going to Starbucks, what angles like coffee to. When she turned the corner she ran into something or someone.
"Run!" They said.
"What" she said.
Kelly's POV
"Run," they said grabbing my arm and dragging me back the way I came. I am still confused but went with them none the less. We ended up running into an ally way that I passed.
