5. Forbidden Love

"It was all a dream I used to read Word Up Magazine, Salt-n-Pepa and Heavy D up in the limousine" me and Cameron rapped as he was driving to school. He finally got his first car for his birthday. His birthday was September 4th but he got his car about 2 weeks later. It was a Red Ford Mustang. 

"You sure you ready to go back to prison?" he asked.

"Yes sir" I replied.

"Alright"

"And if you don't know, now you know" we both shouted and laughed.

I was back and better. I could still feel the pain in my heart from Jonathan but I was fine. There was nothing different about school from the appearance already. Kids were showing up with no uniform on which nobody really takes seriously because let's be honest don't nobody like uniform and people get tired of wearing it every single day without no free dress day during the year.

"Hey Mr. Williams" I said first.

"Hey demon seed, you won't cut up or fight today right?" He asked.

"Maybe" I laughed.

"Don't do it, be the good new student that you were last school year I don't want to see you in my office" he said.

"Okay" I rolled my eyes.

"Thank you for finally not arguing and work on your eyes...go to class" he smirked.

*bell rings

"Destiny!" Deandrea yelled as I walked in 1st hour.

"Welcome back Ms. White how are you?" Mr. Richards asked.

"I'm alright as long as nobody tries me today" I laughed.

"It's good to see you smile, I rarely see you smile or laugh" He said smiling.

"Can we just get class started" someone said.

"Can you just shut your mouth?" Mr. Richards replied.

"Deandrea what's the plan for today?" He asked.

"We are supposed to take a quiz on our notes from last Wednesday and also start a project something about a short story" she said.

"Ms. White here are the notes and you'll be excused from taking the quiz"

"Thanks" I said.

Things seemed pretty normal in school. Except I was about to be without Deandrea, she graduates next month. Her fantasy might actually come true because her birthday was also next month and she'll be 18. Maybe she will get that prom dance in May with Mr. Williams even though she needs to be somewhere living her life. I couldn't lie, I wanted it too now and it was weird. Why did I fall so hard for Mr. Williams already? 

*5 hours later

"Aye bighead" Cameron yells out.

"Hey" I replied.

"How's your day?" he asked.

"It's straight so far, Deandrea had me dead as usual, nobody irritated me finally for the first time this year" I replied.

"Let me guess y'all both were fantasizing about what y'all want to do with Mr. Williams" he laughed.

"Shut up" I blushed.

"I got one question don't kill me, if you could would you f**k him?" he asked.

"Chill out and shut up" I said.

"I don't know if you heard but Jonathan really was messing around with Keisha while y'all was having problems and he got with her the same night he tried to see you in the hospital" he said.
