Grace woke up the next morning and hopped in the shower. A warm stream of water heated her body. After finishing she got dressed and went down to eat breakfast. She ate a muffin and packed her lunch. "Bye mom" Grace said.

"Bye Grace love you"
"I love you to mom" Grace replied closing the door. She ran out to the bus and got on. She went to sit in her usual seat. But it was taken, by Serafena.
Grace Cleared her throat,"This is my seat". "Sit down!".

Grace cringed a bit shaking her head,"no thanks, I'll pass". She walked back up to the front, there was still buzz about Grace today though. She heard her name all over the bus. They stopped at Georgie's house and picked her up,"hey!".

Georgie sat down,"Hey sorry we didn't get to talk much yesterday".
"Don't worry, I definitely didn't make any new friends" Grace replied. "What about Ali?" Georgie replied. "You mean Serafena? She's not much of a friend" Grace replied.

She didn't even like the thought if Serafena, she couldn't stand her. But it didn't seem like she could get out of the "friendship" anytime soon. Even though she didn't care, you have to be weary.

One wrong move, and then the rumours start. Her career was just taking off. She could NOT have a record of bullying or anything bad. Not that she wasn't going to stand up for herself. She just had to carful.

"Hello Grace?" Grace shot up, she must've fallen asleep. Georgie laughed,"Ali must've haunted your nightmares eh? You didn't much sleep did you?" Georgie replied.

Grace shook her head,"no not really" she said rubbing her eyes. "Is it Friday yet?" Grace complained. Georgie laughed,"it's only Tuesday Grace".
Grace groaned.

Georgie laughed again,"hang in there Grace". Grace closed her eyes slightly but very soon the bus came to a stop. She flung towards the seat and smacked her face. Georgie laughed uncontrollably now. Grace even started laughing,"now I'm awake".

The two friends giggled as they got off the bus. They walked inside and quickly were caught up by Serafena. or
Ali. Whoever she was. And that wasn't the best part of Graces day for sure.

"Hey Gracie! My best friend!" She cheered, once again to happy. Way to happy. "Hi" Grace said quietly.

Georgie didn't know what was going on, but she kept quiet. "So wanna hang out later?" Serafena asked, very very perky. "Maybe" Grace replied, a bit moody. "Ok bye Gracie my bestie!" Serafena said, skipping away.

"Gracie? Best friend? Skipping? Is there something I should I should know about?" Georgie asked.

"She won't stop calling me that. She's not my best friend. She must be being fake nice, I'm going to watch my back with her." Grace replied. Deciding not to bring up the fact that Serafena trashed talked Georgie the day before.

Georgie nodded,"so basically she's just some annoying rumour starter, fake nice, plastic, gossip girl?".
"You pretty much summed her right up" Grace laughed in reply.
