Just to clear up the plot a bit:
Since Ryuko, Satsuki, Kaiba, and Yugi are living the other's lives, Ryuko and Satsuki are the duelists that are supposedly Yugi and Kaiba. And Senketsu and Junketsu are being worn by Yugi and Kaiba. Also, when the portal opened, everyone in the two worlds lost their memories of the heroes, but the heroes still have their memories.
