Blood Loss

The Beginning

Twins. Becca and Kieran. Twins.

Sitting down at the table, their Nana brought in the cake. They sat together, proud of who they are as the cake was placed down. They blew out the candles and the lights start to flicker, the ground shakes. "Clara, its happening, get ready" their father said.

Becca and Kieran had flames appearing around them contrasting with one another. The Twins shot up and were being twirled around in the flames. When they were placed down, Kieran was pretty much the same but Becca... no something had changed.

She smiled, Her fangs showing... They were whiter than the purest gem, Sharper than the a ice blade. Smoother then ice. "John... what is she?..." Clara said slowly.

"Shes a vampire Clara, Becca is a vampire" John replied.

She grew up like a normal child, never caring about what people said.  She was always alone in the school yard. No one wanted to know her they thought she was freak. So she often sat alone on the benches with her earphones in. 

Then she met Summer and Georgia.. The three of them went through high school together. They all had the same problem. FANGS! Growing up a vampire, keeping the secret was hard.

2 YEARS PASS....

Becca turns and looks at the time... shit! They were gonna be late for school.... they had missed both metros....

"Hurry up and get to school, you two. I'll meet yous there" She shouted from down the street.  Running back to her Nanas for skateboard was quick and easy. She ran in and grabbed it, shouting bye on her way out. Jumping on her skateboard, she quickly rode to school. 

She got there 20 minutes before the bell. she waited 10 minutes wondering where they are. Walking up the bank she sees Kieran's friend Kyle but Kieran isn't with him...

"Where is he?!" She Screamed

"I-i i don't Know, w-we got jumped and they took him.." Kyle replied terrified, shaking from head to toe.

"Get to school i'll promise i'll find him. I always will...." She Whispered just enough so he could hear her....

She knew what to do.....
