It was a 6 am and Matthew Glasser was taking a walk in the woods. Matthew was 12, he had green eyes and light brown hair. The reason he was in the woods so early was because of his nightmares. Matthew had the same nightmare every night for two months. In these dreams he saw strangers some of the strangers were lying on the ground dead. The others were crying no one seamed to see him. When he looked at the bodies he saw they were covered in blood,then a girl stopped crying and looked at him, and that's when he woke up. When he woke up from the dream he was shaking, the other kids in the Orphanage laughed at him.
"What's wrong?" They snorted. " Did Glass have a nightmare?" Today he had woken up first and took a walk to clear his head. He felt better in the woods than anywhere else. He sat on a rock to rest. He sat still for 10 minutes when he heard a twig snap. He looked behind him, no one was there. But the second he looked forward someone was standing there. Started Matthew fell off the rock.
"Who are you?" He asked the man.
"My name is Thomas you need to come with me." Said the man calmly
"Why?" Asked Matthew.
" Because you are a ninja." Said Thomas as if it was a normal thing to say.
"That's impossible." Exclaimed Matthew "I can't fight at all."
"You have ancient magic in your blood so you are a ninja." Explained Thomas
"But I-" Matthew started.
"I will tell you everything latter." said Thomas but now we must get going.
