Author's Note

The whole idea of this book is inspired by music. The messages that songs sing and the emotion and passion in the words that tell stories of un-lived lives.  Overtime, my mind began to mix the stories that songs tell and that is how I have thought of the story of Harry and Pax. After a year, I managed to compose a playlist of songs that create a story line of these characters lives and over the years that playlist has changed because I want to get this story right. I want these characters to be so relatable and human that they could be real. Which, for me is something I have never done because anything I've ever written has included some sci-fy element. 

So a little fun fact for those who have read this far, the titles for each part in my book will correlate with the song that inspired it. However, I will not give you the artist of the song title until the end of the part. There are thousands of songs with the same titles and I'm curious if some of you can guess which exact song it is by the contents of each part. Also, don't forget to comment if you got it right or which song you thought it was. I'm always looking for new music :). 

This story is a stand-alone and will contain strong language, sexual situations, violence, and mature content in order to give it as much life as possible. Every other chapter will be written from the other's point-of-view (ex. Pt. 1: Pax POV, Pt. 2: Harry POV, Pt. 3: Pax POV, etc...). The story will never deviate from this pattern but that does not necessarily mean each chapter picks up where the last left off— I have also never written an entire story from 2 points-of-view so we'll see how this goes. *fingers crossed*

This is a longer than I intended it to be, maybe I should've called it "Author's Novel"... Anyway, I hope you all love the story and always feel free to comment and vote— I love hearing your thoughts and reactions. About 90% of the time I'm sitting at my computer reading them, nodding my head, and thinking: "right!?" lol.
