As Aradia parted ways with Sollux, her curiousity on the previous topic arose highly in her favor.

What could they possibly need me for? I don't believe I have done anything wrong!  The young Aradia pondered, her minds going every which-way direction.

The poor rust-blood was confused, and pained by the thought of her being in deep trouble.

It was very unlikely for someone of her position to get in trouble, considering her and many others hopped from one place to another without getting caught; in order to deliver the daily mail/news.

To add on to the topic, Aradia didn't recall doing anything law-breaking. She swore that she would have remembered she she did.

As Aradia got lost in her ever-lasting thoughts, The girl wasn't able to acknowledge the wall she was about to run into.

Aradia slammed face first into the stone cold, castle wall before her, falling back in defeat.

Aradia fell to the hard, cold ground in defeat, losing her wonderous gif of sight.

As Aradia began to black-out, the young girl couldn't help but try and fight the cold, darkness that was attempting to surround her.

The girl hastily sat up from her current position with a 'huff', growling at her own sense of vision to stop whatever her rusty red orbs may have planned for her.

Shortly after her risky attempt of fighting off the blackout she almost had, she managed to scare of the pit of darkness, and continue her journey to the castle.

What almost seemed like seconds later, Aradia had successfully made it into the castle walls, making her way to the throne room; where the king and the princess was located.

As the young, innocent Aradia entered the dark and misty room, she heard a sudden noise that sent a chill down her spine.

That sudden noise however, wasn't so sudden for most. Oh no, it was originally planned from the start.

It was king Darkleer's voice.

"I saw you run into a wall" he snarled, facing away from the flustered peasant.

Aradia's cheeks grew rusty red in embarrassment, trying to sustain from speaking in a stuttering tone, "Yea, sorry, I--"

"Don't interrupt!" The king, Darkleer, hissed violently, his back arching in a unnatural way; in an attempt to seem bigger and more intimidating than the poor, simple peasant girl in front of him.

Aradia shrunk down to a fallen-like position, beginning to learn from her mistakes of attempting to apologize to the almighty Darkleer.

As time passed, Darkleer began to acknowledge the long timeblock of silence trying to grow stale, so he slowly, and calm fully, began to return back to his peaceful position on the throne, and gently placed his hands on his own lap peacefully; to signal to Aradia that there was no more hateful tension in the air.

"And that's exactly why I called you here, Aradia." Darkleer continued, lifting up his left hand to make a gesture of respect.

Aradia was slightly puzzled by his claim, cocking her head to the side; as if to say 'Sorry, what? I'm confused.'

"You were able to recover from almost blacking out, showing that you are strong and determined. Just what The troll I need for my special delivery to the water kingdom." Darkleer finshed, acknowledging her confused state; and gave her an explanation of why that was important to try and help her out of her confused position.

Aradia's questionable feelings began to wash away as she heard the two infamous words, 'Water Kingdom'.

"Excuse me your highness, but, what would you need me for? What could you POSSIBLY want with those watery scumbags???"

Even though it was risky questioning the high blood, she continued to do it anyway with no hesitation, as she was puzzled by the fact that THEY, the earth kingdom, needed to deliver anything to the rival kingdom, THEM, the water kingdom.

Darkleer did not react to her questioning in a harsh tone, but instead awnsered them in delight.

"Ah, I'm glad you asked." He spoke, his deep and dark voice hiding any emotion he might have put into his previous statement.

"I need to deliver them a message. A message that will change our relationship with the rival kingdom."

Aradia thought about it for a slight moment, So, does he mean he's going to try and come to terms with--

"We're starting a war. A war that will last a lifetime, in order to finish what our ancestors started."

Ok, was not expecting that, bu-- WAIT A MINUTE. WHAT?!?!?!

Aradia silently began to panic, her hands raising up to her plump, red lips to begin biting her yellow, polished fingernails.

"Tell them, That we want to start....

A Death War"
