As Ivy steps into her little cabin of a home she inhales deeply taking in the sent. She lightly smacks both sides of her cheeks, flinching slightly. "Okay time to pack, " she says to herself, tying up her frizzy red hair into a messy bun and walks to her room.
She goes over to her closet, pulling out an old brown leather suitcase along with a hand full of clothes and lays them on her bed. She sits on her bed and looks around her room thinking back to when she was found at the village hall steps.
Drip. Drip. Shhhhh. The rain slowly fell down upon the Cat Tail Village like a light shower. The villagers sit around in their small cabins with family and friends awaiting for the rain to past. The cold rain hitting the warm land causing humid moisture to collect in the air. No one had seen who left the small thing on the steps of the village hall. No one knew when it was even placed there. All the know is that she was an odd little thing with white fur and a pair of mismatched eyes. One blue. One green. And something that made the villagers even more curious is to why the girl's human form had deep red curls that contrasted with her white ears and tail, but was even more contrasting to her bright green eyes. Though, even if she was found on the stairs of the village hall, she was welcomed to the town by Cilas and soon by everyone else in the village, especially her best friend Mason.
Ivy's thoughts were interrupted as her ears began to twitch frantically causing her to look around the room. She could have sworn she felt as if someone was watching her. She sighs, "Its probably nothing anyways." She begins to pick up where she left off, packing her clothes and some of her other belongings such as books, stuffed animals, and the black heart locket that she was wearing when she was found at the village hall.
As she was finishing packing the rest of her things, she grabbed the clothes she set aside which included a white off the shoulder casual dress with some matching white undergarments, and made her way to take a much needed hot shower. Ivy sighs in content as the hot water meets her skin causing her to shiver from the change in temperature. She had forgot about Mason pushing her into the stream earlier today, but she couldn't really blame herself after all that had happened. Ivy washes her hair along with her ears and tail, watching all the dirt and filth slide down into the drain. When the water ran clear, she turned off the water and opened the curtain. AHHHH!
She falls back into the tub, taking the shower curtain down with her, covering her body. "Mason! What are you doing in here?! Wait, how did you even get in?" she glared at him.
Mason smiles cheekily, " Your door was unlocked and you know what they say about unlocked doors.. Wait, what do they say again? Oh never mind. Anyways, get dressed we are going somewhere." He walks out of the bathroom shutting the door behind him, leaving no room to decline.
Ivy sighs in defeat as she walks over to her clothes and begins to dress herself. She towel dries her hair and brushes all the tangles out.
"Come on Ivy! You're taking forever!" Mason complains just as Ivy exits the bathroom. "Perfect! Put this blindfold on." He pulls out a black ribbon from his pocket and ties it around Ivy's eyes.
"W-What? Why do I need a blindfold? Mason!" Ivy voices trying to untie the blindfold.
"Ah ah ah. Keep it on. You'll see, now march on soldier." Mason grabs Ivy arm and pulls her, right into a wall.
"Wall, " she mutters, rubbing her forehead.
"Sorry Ivy," Mason drags Ivy along and after about five minutes stops abruptly causing her to stumble into him.
"Dang it, Mason. Can you stop running me into stuff?" Ivy exclaimed.
" Now, to take off the blind fold." he whispers as he stands behind her, pulling the blindfold off.
