Chapter One:
Family ReunionAn eerie feeling suffocated the young brunette. The cold moist air prickling against her creamy skin. Sweat rolling down her neck and forehead in small bullets, causing her hair to stick. The gray fog that circled throughout the ominous atmosphere-clouded the brunette's thoughts.
Her thoughts of anxiety. Family. Her recent choices.
She tried to think of everything, but. But, it wasn't working. Her mind getting the best of her each moment she closed her eyes. Her thoughts changing the topics when she came up with something to think about.
No matter what her thoughts went back to him and how she couldn't protect him from her unknown past. The past that involves ungodly power thirsty witches. Murderous spirits. Vengeful hunters and huntresses.
Somehow they knew her, but she didn't know them. They all had unknown reasons to haunt after her, a reason to which she didn't know. Their threats of death called upon witches spells and voodoo zombie attacks. They wanted her dead for a reason she did not know, but wanted to find out.
Her curiosity had gotten the best of her. Wanting to know why. Why they wanted her dead. How they knew her.
So many questions had piled up in the brunette's head. So many questions she still didn't get answers to. So many questions she still wanted answers to. The so many questions that caused her to be in countless amounts of near death situations.
That didn't make her curiosity come to an end until he died. He as in her now dead boyfriend. Who haunts after her, blaming and guiding her through his death and life. She was the cause of his death and she knew it, his parents knew it.

"We're at your stop, Ms..." The taxi driver trailed off, his horrid breath came in contact with her face. As he looked back at her with an unreadable expression on his face. Confusion laced her ocean blue eyes as she stared at him arching an eyebrow. Coughing awkwardly, the man held out his hand.
Money. He wanted money....
Nodding, she ruffles through her purse looking for a twenty dollar bill to hand to the chunky, sweaty man. Smiling loosely, she quickly hands him the twenty and jumps out of the taxi. Fresh air filled her nose instead of the stench of fish and beans from the taxi driver.
"Thank you, Ms." The taxi driver pulled off quickly, and drove away from her destination. From her. Her only chance of going back to the airport and flying back home was gone.
Her shaky hand gripped her suitcase as she stared up at the New Orleans styled mansion.
The house was a plain white with multiple white coeloms to hold the structure. A balcony circling from the front to the back of the mansion with black windows. Dark oak door awaiting her arrival.
