As it turns out, Jack was on break in LA, for Convention purposes (And to meet Mark along with Felix). He had the time to look at his hundred full videos of himself playing Happy Wheels. Jack watched #57 Billy should Die!!! but there was another one of the same title, strangely enough he watched hoping it was just a random inconsistency or mistake. It started out with an incredibly slow transition from black to what appeared to be a regular video. It was not until seconds later that his computer was now playing the exact level from the video, like a light switch was flicked.
Once Jack tried exiting the level, he realized that the menu would not pop up. Oddly enough, he spoke "Well the menu isn't poppin' up." before looking at the camera. His eyes widened as he realized the camera was actually recording when it should not be. Turning off the camera when he could, Jack would also turn off his monitor as maybe he needed to leave the room for some fresh air. He was greeted with walls that were familiar, but not the kind he is supposed to be seeing again; he was back in his old cabin.
