Strangers

We used to crawl on the floor
Hide behind doors
We used to buy in stores
Of our favorite candies and more

We used to sleep together
We used the same comforter
You used to call me your sister
How come we became strangers ?

I thought we'll stay the same
But why can't you even say my name?
I thought we'll be the best of friends
But why does our friendship ends?

How I wish you never left
That you've stay by my side
If only you'd stayed, things will be better
And we didn't became strangers

I wrote this not knowing I would feel this kind of longing to my dear best friend.. We were so close but now we seldom talk and see each other
