Believe In Me

"It is never gonna happen Pedal!" My best friend yelled.

"And how do you know? For once in your life can't you just believe and not be like this!" I yelled back.

"I'm sorry that I won't put dumb, stupid, fantasys in your head!" She yelled.

"You are supposed to be my friend! We are in Ireland, so is Jack!" I yelled back.

"Here we go again, you haven't even met the guy and you say he won't be like the rest! What if he is Pedal! What if he is like Alex?" she yelled back.

This really hurt me, what if he is? I just want to be his friend. I don't want anything more, I don't want to get hurt again. Physically and emotionally. I don't want to hurt him. I don't want to be that obsessive girl that just won't shut up. I don't want to be like that. I don't want to be here at all! I ran til' I saw a forest. I sat down on a tree stump and slept.

I figured I could survive in the forest. I didn't want anyone to find me so everyday I kept moving and moving til' I was tired. I would always find leftpver scraps of food from the old campers here. It was a, terrible way to live but, it was my way of living and I loved the fact that I couldn't hurt anyone.

From that day on, no one saw me again. I was just a legend, a myth, soemthing that didn't exsist.
