"If you close your eyes, and concentrate with all your might, you can feel it. The moving of the animals, the vibrating from the cars..."

"You're right."

"I want to move to a city. Maybe, when we're older, we can do so."

"I want it to happen now. I want freedom, so we can find them."

---

"Travis! Look at this!" said Spark excitedly, looking through the old camera feed.

"Hmm?" he hummed, turning away from the sessions he was reading through to look at her computer.

They stared at the moving images, showing a few hours before the incident. It was about 3 in the morning, and Skipper walked into the room.

"That girl..." Muttered Travis, his eyes narrowed.

She looked through the glass window, showing the area where Stormbit was kept. She looked down, typing a series of buttons they couldn't see.

She then finished, looking up at the Stormbit's home before walking away.

"It's gotta mean something!" Said Travis excitedly, earning a glare from Spark.

"She is one of my best friends..." Said Spark nervously. "Don't be that excited, it only makes things worse." Travis responded in silence.

--

"Frick frack frick frack I screwed up my big mack" sang an annoyed Skipper, stumbling out of the car and hissing. She had managed to break her leg - lucky her - and the city had already gone who knows how long without their beloved fox.

"Language." teased Ryft, who was helping the girl get her crutches.

"Shut up." Skipper snapped, managing to stable herself on her crutches.

"Language." Repeated Ryft, and Skipper groaned.

Skipper managed to use the crutches to stumble into the building, where she flipped down on the couch.

"Servant! Give me food!" She shouted, causing Raven to laugh.

"Of course, your majesty!" She said, darting to the kitchen.

"Dang right you will." Skipper growled under her breath, but returned to her normally self.

---

She scanned the room, holding a flashlight up nervously. Stormbit stood beside her, her arms crossed.

"I will never understand why you don't just kill everyone." Growled Stormbit, bored as this was taking way too long.

"I couldn't... I can't kill." Muttered Foxi in response, leading them down another set of stairs.

"Then let me!"

"No, they're my friends. Remember the deal? I get you the other half, you leave my friends alone."

"Who says I have to carry out my end."

"I broke you out if there."

"..."

Foxi laughed at her silence, creeping over to a dark corner of the room.

"And here we should be able to find the second half of Baby's crystal." Said Foxi, stepping back. Stormbit sighed.

---

"Travis? Spark? Whatcha doin?" Asked Ryft, as the two snapped their heads up.

"Oh! We recently - heard something - about Stormbit and we became interested in how she broke out." Said Travis quickly. Ryft quirked a brow but shrugged it off, returning to leading Skipper to the attic.

As they passed, Skipper shot them a glare.

"What was that all about?" Whispered Travis, giving Spark a strange look.

"That looked waaayyy to much like... Oh cRUD!" Cried out Spark, startling Travis.

"What?"

"Baby!"

Sorry I skipped around a bunch, but its time for things to get serious.

I think imma start doing shorter chapters, so that they can be better and come out faster.

It depends on what you think.

Do you guys want chapters to come out slower, and they are much longer or do you want fast and short chapters.
