Theo POV
I can't believe Genevieve said those things to poor little Celeste. I can't stop thinking about her. I hear the door knock. I get up from my bed and look at my watch. It's 8:24, who is at my door at this time? I open the door to find Genevieve standing there in a silk dress. It hugs her body and her brown hair falls to her shoulders. I stand their a little confused her gold colored eyes look at me like a piece of meat. She slowly walks in the room and I walk backwards also. She closes the door and locks it.
"You know you're really sexy and I just want you so bad. I know you want me too. We are alone so it's the perfect time. Let's do it." She pushes me right in front of the bed and tries to unbutton my vest . I hold the bridge of my nose.
"Genevieve, how much did you drink?" I could smell the alcohol and her perfume mix. She looks at me but continues to undress me. "Stop. No. I'm not doing this with you."
"Why not, is it because I'm not as rich as you?" I sit her down on my bed and sit beside her.
"When will that rich complex of yours stop, it's all in your head sweetheart." I tap her on her head. She looks at me and then looks down.
"Is it because of that girl? Do u like her more than me? Is she prettier?" I sigh again. Why me god, why?
I raise her head with my finger. "Look at me, you are beautiful. But that doesn't mean I automatically want to sleep with you. It's also what's in here and in here." I point to her brain and heart.
"Work on those first and then you will find love. OK Hun?" She nods slowly.
"Now go shower, and go to sleep. OK?"
"Yea...I'm sorry." I kiss her forehead.
"It's OK. Everyone makes mistakes." She leaves and goes to her room. I go back to my bed.
Was it because of Celeste? She keeps coming up in my mind. I don't know what to do.
~The Next Day~
This morning I ordered Genevieve to deliver a piece of paper from me to Celeste. I also told her not to open it.
So, now she is standing on the 17th floor till either Celeste or that guy comes out of their room and give it to her. It had my number on it and my name. I hope she gets it.
Celeste POV
Reece and I were getting ready to go to the train that would take us to Nagoya and I decided to go find a maid because I spilt juice on the floor and I wanted to try to get some towels. I walk outside into the hall and I see the girl from a couple days ago. Her name was Genevieve. She walks up to me and hands me a piece of paper then walks away without saying a word.
I open the piece of paper. It has his number and his name. I smiled without realizing.
I walk back into the room.
"Did you get the maid?" I totally forgot.
"Oh no sorry I couldn't find her," I say, carefully putting the slip of paper in the pocket of my jeans. "I guess it slipped my mind."
"That's not really like you, Celeste. You're usually pretty sharp. Got a lot on your mind?" Reece asks as he gently places his hand on my shoulder. His gaze is soft as he looks down at me.
"I guess you could say that. It's nothing, really." That's what it was anyways, right? I can't help but feel like there's something more behind it but I don't want to get ahead of myself. Especially not with that Genevieve chick there. Who knows what's going on in her entitled little head? Yet, I can't bring myself to say that I don't want there to be anything behind it either. Reece turns away and continues packing his bag.
