Lucy had been working her ass off. Her and Natsu were trying to work to get money for the new house they want. With Nashi, it made everything harder.
Natsu and Lucy loved their baby girl to death, but they were struggling.

Nashi started crying for her mother. Lucy was in the shower when she started crying. She quickly got out and got dressed. She went into Nashi's room and picked up the crying child.

"Baby, mommy needs a break," Lucy whispered and bounced the baby.

Nashi soon fell asleep and snuggled into Lucy's chest.

Lucy walked into her room and sat on her bed. She started talking to Nashi.

"Baby, I love you a whole lot, but daddy and I are struggling. Daddy's never home anymore. I want to see him again. He's working his butt off to make money for us to move into a better home. He's working on making us happy. Baby, you and him are my everything, I don't need anything else in this world to make me happy," she said, kissing the top of Nashi's head.

Lucy got up and walked to Nashi's room. She laid the baby down and went down stairs to greet the man who was about to arrive.

The door handle turned, signifying that Natsu was home. He entered the apartment with a large smile on his face.

"You're home," Lucy said, walking over to the male who had closed the door.

"I've got news," he said, pulling Lucy by he waist. She hit his chest and looked up at him. "I finally did it," he said.

Lucy's eyes widened as tears threatened to spill. She kissed Natsu and hugged him in the process. Natsu kissed her back. They pulled away.

"I finally get to sleep next to you," those words made Lucy feel happy. Natsu moved down to Lucy's neck. He kissed her there, but she pushed him away.

"How about we go upstairs?" She asked, smirking a little bit. Natsu nodded.

He walked upstairs, but stopped in Nashi's room. He smiled and went to Nashi's crib side. He picked up Nashi and held her.

"We're going to have a better house Nashi," Natsu whispered. "And daddy's going to be home more. Mommy's really happy," he told her.

"It's going to be a better place for us. A new start. Something that will break us from our pasts," Lucy said, entering the room.

Natsu kissed Nashi and put her back into bed. Lucy walked over to Natsu and kissed his cheek. His left arm around Lucy's waist.

"I love you Natsu," Lucy said.

"I love you too," he said, kissing the side of Lucy's head.

"Come on, let's get to bed," Lucy said, pulling away from Natsu. Natsu nodded. Both walked out of Nashi's room and to their own.

Natsu took off all of his clothes except for his boxers. Lucy wore nothing but Natsu's large T-Shirt and her panties.

They climbed into bed and stalked for a little bit.

"Natsu, we've been together for a while, but I've never seen pictures of you when you were younger. How about tomorrow we look through them?" Lucy said.

"Sounds good. I have one picture of my best friend so don't be upset when you see her,"he joked.

"Well maybe... it's me" she said lowly. She felt a slight pain in her head, but shook it off.

"If you were my best friend, I'm glad it was you," Natsu smiled. He kissed Lucy and wrapped his arms around her waist, bringing her closer to the male.

"Good night, Natsu," Lucy whispered.

"Good night, Lucy."
