" Come on Amber your going to be late for the bus!" my dad hollered up the stairs and a few younger voices echoed him obnoxiously. I sighed and slipped my combat boots on my feet, grabbing an apple on my way out the door. "bye dad, Suzie remember to get Jacob, Emily, Connor and Alice to daycare and preschool!" I shouted to my step-mother on the way out the door. When you live in a dump of a house with 15 other siblings who are mostly adopted with bad attitudes, its a little hectic in the morning. Bree, Kerry, Terry, Collin and Mia were already at the bus stop and down the rode you could see the bus-stop for the elementary school and the silhouettes of Tammy, Henry, Ali and Brett getting on they're bus.

"Well look who's late again?" Kerry sneered at me and Terry followed in motions. They're identical twins, same height, same hair, same attitude. the only difference is they're eyes, Kerry's are a deep blue while Terry's are bright green. Bree sighed and walked to stand between them and me, she was basically the only normal sister that i have, and she wasn't even my real sister she was a step-sister. I only had one real sibling and that was Jacob who was five and always after adventure.

"bus is here." Collin muttered looking over at me shyly, he had this weird crush on me which i found funny because he was my step-brother, but at least he treated me properly. We all hopped on the bus Bree making sure I didn't try to skip school again. "calm down Bree. Asher and me aren't skipping school today!" i said smiling cheekily at her before looking around the bus for Asher. He had been my best friend since i had moved in with my dad. living just down the street from me he rode the same bus but got on at a different stop so he always saved us seats near the back which really pissed kerry and terry off.

" hey ugly!" Sam called out as i walked past him and Kerry snickered seating herself beside him. Ignoring them i stepped forward tripping over his outstretched foot. All of Sam's friends burst into laughter as i stood back up, brushing my shirt off. Cheeks red i glared at him my eyes deadly. "sorry Amber. My leg must have had another orgasm from your ugliness, you know? the usual." he grinned his eyes filled with laughter as he looked to his friends for encouragement and i sighed in defeat. This was Sam, Asher's older brother and a total asshole. I hated him.

Asher patted the seat next to him and i sat down, leaning on his shoulder. "I know he's a dick just ignore him." Asher murmured patting my head and i sighed into his shoulder " he pisses me off" my words vibrated on his shoulder bone. "we'll be at school soon then we can go to band practice at lunch?" he said questioningly and i smiled "The show next week is going to be awesome!" Asher and I started a band when i moved here he quickly invited his three other friends to join and let me tell you we kicked ass. Our band name was 'Blue Skies' and i was the lead singer. Asher played guitar his friends, which grew to be close friends of mine too, where Kieth on base guitar, Nick playing the piano and Keen, short for Kennith who played piano. we also all played a whole other load of instruments.

"Okay uglies off the bus, NOW" Sam shouted and ushered the nerds at the front off the bus, then went the fat kids and last but not least musicians, Asher and I fell into that category if you haven't guessed. It was a terrible thing to do but Sam did it because it made him feel like the boss of everyone, the only people that actually stayed on the bus were his fellow jocks and cheerleaders or the really strong "bad boy" guys. it was for some kind of stupid meeting of a sort. I think.
