Coffee Shop Love (an o2l fanfiction)

GRACES POV

We pull up at Starbucks. "why are we here?" asks Jessica. " I need some caffeine."  I say. We all know Jess likes the coffee beanery better. " My mom is gunna kill me when she finds out I used her car without permission!" says Arielle. Arielle is saving up for her own car, but apparently a summer job at ritas doesnt pay much. " well the point is we're here."  I say. we walk into starbucks and get in line. after we get our drinks, we go to find a seat. Starbucks was really crowded when we first got there, and it got even more cramped. The only empty seat was next to the bathroom. we go to sit down.

SAMS POV

" I cant believe this is your first time at starbucks!" says JC. " This coffee better taste good. I paid freaking 6 dollars for it." I say. I take a sip. Its gross. I think the barista forgot the creamer and added too much hazelnut. " whats wrong with the coffee?" says Connor, noticing my facial expressions.  "Somethings wrong with it. Im gunna buy a new one." I say as I get up from my seat.  I start to walk over to the purchase counter.

Then I see her.  I see this girl drinking her coffee with her friends. her glossy brown hair and light brown eyes are almost hypnotic. Shes gorgeous.

GRACES POV

As I look up from my coffee,I see this really cute boy staring at me. he has brown eyes and his brown hair is positioned perfectly under his blue beanie. I start to adjust my mint green crop top.         " um, hi. my names Sam." he says to me. " hi. im Grace." I say.  Its silent for a few moments. My friends are just staring. We look into each others eyes awkardly for a couple seconds. " I just wanted to say that you are really pretty." says Sam. " thanks." I say. I can feel myself blushing and my heart is beating out of my chest.

SAMS POV

" wanna come sit with me and my friends?" I ask. "Can my friends come too?" asks Grace, pointing at a brunette on her left and a redhead on her right.  " Sure. We have a big table." I say.  Grace and her friends stand up and follow me over to our table. I completely forget about getting a new coffee. Oh well.

ARIELLES POV

 I put my phone on vibrate and start to group text with Grace and Jess.

Arielle: Grace, are you in love?

Grace: I dont even know him that well.

Jessica: but you do admit that hes a total hottie, right?

Grace: yea :p

JESSICA POV

These boys look really familiar. " arent you guys in a youtube channel?" I ask, breaking the silence. " yea, its called 'our 2nd life'. " says Kian ( I think thats his name. I havent seen their videos in a while).

GRACES POV

 So after chatting with Sam for a bit, i learned that:

1. hes 17 ( My age!)

2. He is a youtuber.

3. He lives in california

" Why are you in New York if you live in California?" I ask.

" me and the rest of o2l were on a tour to meet our fans, this is our last stop and then we go back to California." says Sam.

Then there is a long and awkward silence at the table.

then Sam asks me a question.

" Do you and your friends want to come back with us to California for the rest of the summer?"
