January finally arrives and we dont have a class together anymore. It sucks, but I can't change anything about it. I know she likes me, but I'm busy with another relationship to worry about trying to start another one. It'll be ok tho right? If she's a real friend then she will understand and respect that.
At the end of January I start to get Snapchats from my old friend Paige, they're about Rieli. They say stuff like, She wants you, I'm trying to get my girl laid. I'm not quite sure how to react so I just reply, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I snapchat Rieli to get answers. I ask her, "Explain this please?" She said it was a joke. I said I bet it was. :( "Tell me the truth?" "Ok, but if I do, you cant get mad at anything, ok? Promise?" "Yes, I promise, just tell me." She tells me how she hasn't saw her older brother Andrew in 5years. And how one of the reasons she took a liking on me was because of my name, Andrew. She knows it's weird, but I just don't care. Also, how her biological father abandoned her 4years ago and is trying to get costody of her now.
She knows what it's like to go through Hell.
I promise her that I will always be in her life, forever. I promise her that I will come back to visit her when I move this summer. I'm on the verge of tears.
I think about how if she didn't want to play football with us that day, would we even be friends? I don't know, but I honestly don't even care, I'm just happy we're friends. I tell her another thing...
"I kinda like you too..."
