"Congratulations Nurses of 2016! You made it." We all cheered as our 4 years of hard work, no sleep, and poor diet paid off. I looked in the stands and saw my parents looking so proud of their baby girl. I walked over to them but was stopped by Dhaze my best friend.

"OMG ITS FINALLY OVER! You can finally have a life again. How'd boards go did you pass?" She said looking hopeful.

"Yes, I'm keeping it a surprise though but I got an offer at the pediatric hospital we used to go to for clinicals."

"Girl yaaas, my best friend bout to be rolling in bank." We laughed as we met up with our family and went out to dinner.

4 years ago I got a scholarship to Emory University and I immediately flew up here. Texas is a great state but I needed a new place and I needed to be free from my parents and brothers. When you're only girl among 4 brothers it's tough. Now my life is falling into place and I'm so excited.

I had just gotten out the shower when Dhaze walked in. "D you do know I gave you the key to my apartment for EMERGENCY purposes right?"

She gave me a blank stare. "Kai shut up. You know damn well you like my company. Anyways, there's a party tonight and you're coming with me."

I gave her a look as I walked to my closet. "What type of party? You know I don't drink with other people. I don't smoke. I don't like people grinding all on me and on top of that I'm not that friendly."

"It's a house party and come on. You just graduated, celebrate."

"Who's throwing this party and where is it?"

"If I tell you who you're gonna say no. It's in Buckhead."

"Who the hell you know that live in Buckhead? Who's party?"

"Migos."

I laughed. "Girl bye. How the hell we supposed to get in there?"

"Skippa duh. He is our friend remember."

"Okay and? I don't mess with skippa friends like that."

"Kaisa really? Can you not be a party pooper. I don't wanna go alone and you know Skip is gonna ask why you ain't come, then you gotta hear his mouth."

I sighed knowing she was right. "Fine. I'll get dressed."

I got dressed into some shorts and a green bomber. I let my hair be, I didn't care much to impress these people. I walked out the room and saw Dhaze eating up my food.
