This will be in Alex's point of view. If you don't want to read it then you can skip it but I think you would like to read it. Also, if you could maybe leave a comment for places you would want Adi and Alex to travel to. That would make me happy.

“Morning.” I say. Adi jumps. She looks over and I can’t help but smile. Her hair falls in tangles around her face but she still looks like the most beautiful girl in the world. I remember her last night. In the rain, she was gorgeous. She still looks like that.

“Ugh. What time is it?” She asks. I almost laugh at her question. She is always so crabby in the morning.

“Five o’clock.” She lets out a groan. I look over at her.

“I have been waking up early so much these days it’s annoying.” She looks so mad at that. She begins to get up. “Stay.” She commands. I stay like a good dog. She enters her bathroom and closes the door. I take her iPod off her dock and find Code Breaker. I go to expert and try and solve the puzzle. I try but thoughts just cloud my head.

                ‘I love you, Adi.’

                ‘I love you to Alex.’

Those words loop in my head, the scene playing out infinitely. I smile. I try my game but Adi comes out. Her fire red hair is in a braid to the side. She wears her Skillet top and shorts. She begins to head out.

“Breakfast.” She calls. I bound up and follow her. On the stairs, I grab her hand. I give it a tight squeeze.   Blink.

I stand on the deck of a ship. I hear Adi talk but don’t interpret what she is saying. I watch a large ice berg loom over the deck. Movement. I am by a door. I look at Adi. She is talking but I can’t hear her. I know what will happen. I am paralyzed with fear.

The ship moves. The ship makes a grinding sound. The door I am by opens. People stream, people run. Adi is carried away. I watch her. I can’t move. She is put in a boat. She is screaming something. She tries to stand but is pushed down by a woman. I try and run to get to her.

As I make the railing, I see Adi screaming something. She jumps off the boat. She grabs the railing. She climbs over the rail and runs. I run to find her. People everywhere, pushing people for their lives. I make it to the grand stair case. A girl, a teenager with red hair enters and goes to the bottom of the staircase. It’s Adi. I run to get to the top of the stairs. Adi is blocked by a worker on the ship. She pushes.

“Alex!” She screams for me. I run to get her. “Alex!” Other workers try to drag her away. She yells my name, I try and push back the man but he blocks me. I see Adi clamp her teeth on the arm of one of her blocks dragging her away. He drops her. I push the man down and reach Adi.

I hug her, never letting her go. The glass dome around us breaks. Water pours in through the holes. I grab onto the railing next to me. We try and sprint out, the water just touching our feet and legs.

“We have to get to the very end of the boat.” Adi instructs. We sprint up the steep incline to get to the other side of the boat. As we grabbed on to the rail at the edge of the boat, the ship broke. I grabbed Adi’s hand to help me, I was scared to hell. We went crashing down to the wet death. Screams surrounded us as we plopped into the water. We started to rise again.

“Hold on. Don’t jump but walk into the water when I tell you.” Adi looks at me.

“Okay.” is all I say. We go sinking into the water. Boats with little people surround us. They watch as we scream to possible death.

“Don’t do anything. Just float and don’t let your hair get let.” Adi tells me. I nod. I squeeze her hand tighter. The water magnifies in front of us. Adi starts to get ready to stand so I follow her lead. As the ship submerges, I take a step. My head still above water.

I feel a weight pull me downward and then lessen. I look at Adi thrashing around, trying to get to the surface. I dive down. I grab her and pull her to shore. She clings on to me for dear life. Her breath is ragged and I can feel sobs escape her.

We reach a life boat. “Adi, I need you to help me get you in the boat.” She lessens her hold. People help her into the boat and then a man lifts me in after. When I settle, I take Adi in my arms and hold her. We had almost died. Why couldn’t we blink out?

Adi then grabbed my hand. I squeezed it. Then she squeezed it. We both squeezed. Blink.

We sat on the couch, still soaking wet. She was curled up to my side, trying not to cry.

“I thought I had lost you forever.” She said between sobs.

“I know.” That is all I can say. I kiss her head, but nothing can comfort us now. We were now scarred forever. Blink.

Like it, if you don't, too bad.
