A/n this is a short story of Katniss and peeta on Valentines day. I hope you like it!

katniss pov:
I wake up two the sound of the kids playing down staris. I hear them fighting over somthing "It's my turn!" I hear somone yell. "Shh your going to wake up your mother." I hear Peeta say. I smile. He must be planing a valentins breakfest. That is somthing Perta would do. Always doing somthing sweet. I decide to go back to sleep. When I wake up I see Peeta and the kids at the end of the bed. "Happy Valentines day sweetie." Peeta says and gives me kiss. "ewww!" I hear the children say. Me and Peeta laugh.
The kids go outside and play while me and Peeta eat breakfest. He made my favorite, chess buns! "Thank you Peeta. I love you." I say. "I love you more." He replys.
Haymitch was right all thoes years ago on the victory tour. "You could live a thousend lives and never deserve him." He was right. I still don't deserve Peeta. But for some odd reason he loves me and stays with me. He says he always will.
