Chapter 11- Psychotic Games

We used the key to open the rusty door. Again, there were some stairs, this time, a little bit narrower. I had that dejavu sensation when I was about to start going down. Thaddeus asked me to hold his hand so I won't get that fear. That's what I did. He told me he is going to guide me, so I can close my eyes if I need to. It was pretty dark in there, and the fact that we left the door open didn't help, because it was night. Thaddeus asked Chris to go in front of us and use his flashlight, but all he could find was a lighter. As we were walking, Thaddeus was constantly asking me if I am afraid, and he was telling me things like "slow", "this is wider", "step right here". When we got down, we did what the letter said. We stood in the middle of that red circle drawn on the floor. Suddenly, the light was turned on. On the floor, there were drawn some green arrows, and the words "Follow the green path". The arrows lead us to a door, located much further, made out of metal, like the one from the other bunker. It was already unlocked, so we got in. It was a big room, with pictures of us all on he walls, and secrets of ours. It looks like that psychopath is stalking us since before high school. We've seen photos of us from the past 5 years or so. Around the room, there were 19 chairs, with our names written on them. In front of them, there was a stage, with a black felt curtain. It was just the three of us in there, and Ethan, sitting on his chair. I was thinking that it could mean we were the first to come. It was shortly confirmed to me, by that robotic familiar voice coming trough the speaker. It was the voice of the guy from the other bunker, our killer. 

?: Congratulations, Edith, Deus and Chris. You were the first to find Ethan. Now, go and find you places, and wait for the others to come. Enjoy the show.

Christian: Enjoy my ass, motherfucker. *shows middle finger to speaker*

A chair was all alone in the front, and it was Audrey's. The rest were put in rows of 3, and we had to sit the way they were arranged. Me and Thaddeus had the second row, and Cassidy had to sit next to us. The other teams arrived in short time, at a few minutes difference each. When the hall was full, the curtains fell. The psycho was talking again trough the speaker.

?: Welcome, my dears. As you can see, I have been a big fan of yours in the past few years. Oops, you found out my little secret. Now, we are friends. Let me find yours out. I will call each other, and you have to go on the stage and tell us your secret. A real one, I know them all. The last one will be Audrey, who has something really big to confess. If she doesn't, Ethan dies. Oh, and, talking about death, who makes something up, dies, except Meredith, Thaddeus and Christian, since they got here first. But, they don't have to make it up either. If I won't kill them now, it doesn't mean I can't kill them any other day. Have fun, kids!

Ethan was the first one to start. He was looking at us, tearing. It is even worse when you have to be the first one to say the secret. He glanced around the hall, looking at us all, then he looked at the walls, and then down, terrified. He came out as gay to us, and that was pretty shocking. He got out of the stage and started crying, then he went back to his chair. It must be terrible to say something that only you were supposed to know, in front of everyone. Moving on, the next one was Jace, who had stolen something from a shop when he was younger and went to some military academy for a year. The following two secrets were ordinary ones, about childhood and stupid things. After that, it was Sun's turn to tell us her secret. She started crying when she got on the stage.

Sun: Xander, I am sorry. I feel miserable. Back then, when we had just started our relationship, I wasn't really into you, so I cheated on you with your bestfriend, after that I fell madly in love with you. I am sorry..

Xander: Sun, I knew it, he told me when it happened. The problem is, I cheated too, at the same time, but now I love you.

Xander went to the stage and started kissing Sun. They told each other "Sorry" and shared their love. Then, they went back to their chairs, holding hands. After that, there were some more predictable things. When it was Mike's turn, he told Audrey he's into her, and I started thinking about what will I say. When I made up my mind, it was Cassidy's turn. She went on the stage, confident, and said that she used to do drugs, but she didn't mention if she still is. After that, there were some senseless secrets again, and then, it was my turn. I told them about my disorder and self-harming, even tough the squad knew it. Immediately, it was Thaddeus's turn. He was looking around, and he sighted. He said he feels something for a girl in the squad, but he won't say who it is. I knew it wasn't me. It couldn't be me. After that, the voice coming trough the speaker started talking again.

?: Audrey, now that your friends are done talking, it is your turn. Come on the stage and use that pretty mouth.

Audrey: Guys, I was dating Kyle in secret before he died. That's why I suggested him when the psycho wanted to... I am sorry I didn't tell you. I still blame myself for it.

?: Perfect. Now go back to the campsite. See you soon, KIDS.

Meredith: He's doing this just to piss me off isn't he?

?: Yes, Meredith kid.

After that, we got out, and started walking. This was the weirdest thing ever.
