A Life To Remember ( Joey Graceffa )

Authors Note: Okay, so before I start this story, I just wanted to let you guys know the background of one of the main characters...... Faith was just as normal as any other teenage girl, she went to middle school, she dated boys, she had countless numbers of friends, etc.... But there was one problem, when she was 2, she was dropped of at an orphanage. Ever since then, she's been unadopted. She remembers little of her family. However, she remembers that she had the same facial features and hair color of her mom, but her dad's eyes. Yet, that didn't matter as much compared to knowing her mom was cheating on her dad and it started problems, enough to give her away.

Faith's POV---

Walking in the hallway with my idol..... Every fangirls dream. I just can't imagine that MINE came true. Leaving this hell hole that they call "miss Morgans home for orphan girls". It may just be for the day but I really don't care.

Joey: "So? You don't remember any of this? Not even your parents? Or anyone u know?"

Not wanting to share what I actually know and ruin his day, I avoid the question.

Faith: sorry, but no. I don't remember anything from my childhood what's-so-ever.

Joey: Faith, your 14, your still a child... But whatever, I just think it's weird you don't remember your own father... Even your own mother... Just wait till I tell Lisa.

Possibly realizing what he means, my voice cracks

Faith: Wait, Wait wait.... What did you just say?

Joey: I'll tell you in a little bit. So what school do you go to? Do you have any friends?

Faith: oh I go to LMS it's not that far from here. And surprisingly, ya I'm actually popular. I have no clue why though.

Joey's POV---

She's so beautiful. It's hard not being able to tell her for a few hours what her truth is. She has my personality, that's a good thing. At least she doesn't have her mothers wine problem. I'm just surprised she doesn't remember anything from her past. I tried so hard to make her remember me that last week we had her...

Joey: "so are you ready to go out to lunch??? Or do you still need to walk around town more?"

Faith: " uuuum i don't know. Are you hungry?"

Joey: " nah I'm just bored. "

Why do people get bored so fast? Gosh. I just wish I could tell her now...... Wait..... Why not? I could just drive her back to the apartment and keep her busy until we get hungry. Then I'll make some chicken and vegetables. But on the way to the apartment I could tell her.

Joey: " so, do you wanna come back to me and Sawyer's apartment? We can hang out there until we get hungry then I can cook us something. At least you'll be away from this other place"

Faith: "ya sure."

Faiths POV---

Oh My Gosh! Did he really just invite me back over to his apartment?! Aaaaaaahhhhh!!! The main place where he does everything. I'm.. going.. to.. die.. I really hope I don't mess this up.

-------------5 minutes later----------------

Joeys POV---

"The car ride is becoming the most boring part of my day...... Ill she's doing is texting her boyfriend Jarod and blasting Nickelback and Three Days Grace in her headphones."

Joey:" hey, faith......."

"Not getting her attention, I pull out one of her headphones."

Faith:" HEY! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!!!!"

Joey:" I'm sorry but we need to talk. It's really important."

Faith:" oh ok. I'm sorry for yelling at you then. What's wrong???"

Joey:" I made a mistake what seems like 12 years ago. And I need to share it with you to get it off my shoulders."

Faith:" okay, spill it. We're friends you can tell me anything."

Joey:" ok good. Just let me get this weight away from your feet here. "

"Reaching for the weight, she grabs my hand.

Faith: "It's ok I'm not violent enough to hurt people when I get mad "

Joey: "you might be when you hear what I have to say though. I mean, you've never heard anything like this before and I'm afraid you might hurt me."

Faith:" I promise I won't. Now, take your hand away from the weight."

Joey:" if I were you I wouldn't be making any promises,........ What if I told you I'm the reason your in that home for girls..."

Faith:" WHAT?!!!!!!!!"

"Surprised by her screaming, I pull the car over so quickly to the point where we almost crash,"

Faith:" I CANT BELIEVE YOU! Why would you do this to me?!! I thought you guys loved me!!!!!

Joey:" wait hang on, you remember me spending time with you?"

Faith:" of course, except you were so young I thought you were my cousin. But why would you give me away???"

Joey:" because your mother was cheating on me with someone else. I didn't want you to witness all the fighting so I gave you away when I turned 14. You think you were given away when you were two but you were actually four.

Faith:" oh. Who's my mom of your my dad?"

Joey:" this May seem crazy... But it was Lisa Schwartz."

Faith:" who got in The middle of everything?"

Joey:" Shane.

Faith:" okay now I know your messing around with me."

Joey:" sadly I'm not. Secretly, Shane and i only pretend to get along, and it's been awkward to even be around Lisa until last year."

Faith:" what happened last year?"

Joey: Lisa and I got back together after shane left to go to New York for two years. He has a big movie to shoot so.....

Faith: oh. Are him and I related somehow??????

Joey: I'm not completely sure but if he was he would be your uncle or stepdad.
