Let's make a Deal
He catches the ball with ease and starts sprinting to the end zone with most of the players running after him. From high in the stands I could still imagine the wind blowing in his face as he runs. He looks back and trips on some grass but still keeps his balance and speed. They were starting to catch up to him but he just ran faster.
It's been a rough game so far, both teams playing jump rope with who is winning. Honestly, South East High plays really well on the field, but so do we. But I have no idea who will win cause it's to close to call. The people in our side of the stands yell, scream, and wave their homade signs in the air, while the cheerleaders do their cheer in their too short shorts for probably the one hundredth time. Seriously, it looks like they should be put on a street corner.
My eyes go back to the game just in time to see the player, number 25, make it to the end zone for a touchdown that wins the game for our team.
Loud was an understatement.
Everyone, even Reagan and Cassie to my surprise, jump up in the air and start screaming their heads off.
"We won!" Reagan yells while grinning from ear to ear. Her big eyes sparkling with excitement as she jumps up and down beside me on the bleachers.
"I know!" I laugh over the screams of other people. I look back on the field and see all the players on our team run to number twenty five and give him bro hugs, high fives, and slaps on the back, while the other team, South East High, walk off the field with their heads hung low in shame.
To bad suckers!
I keep my stare on number 25 as everyone runs down the bleachers to the players. Cassie grabs my hands and tugs me onto the bright green grass with white lines, and I try not to tumble on my face when we come down the silver stairs, but never once did my eyes leave number 25. A few of the other players that were with him took off their helmets and I saw the similar faces. Nathan, Coby, and Logan have the widest smiles on their faces when they see us coming towards them. That is when number 25 finally takes off his helmet.
Oh sh*t.
Of course I was drooling over this disgusting idiot. Every since I came to this stupid school I've had nothing by bad luck. My smile fades and turns into an annoyed stare as I look at him.
"Hello, love."

"Can I have your picture? I want to show Santa what I want for Christmas." He says smoothly with a smirk. She giggled to herself while I felt like I would barf. The guys on the other hand chuckled at his excuse of a pick up line, and Reagan and Cassie rolled their eyes like they have seen this before.
She flipped her blonde hair for the hundredth time and smiled at him. How do girls fall for stupid sh*t like this?
If you haven't guessed it already, we are currently at a restaurant that the guys found a while ago, and Logan is chatting up our waitress. She tries to ignore him and continue to take our orders, but fails when he tries to get her number again.
"Is your name Wi-Fi? Cause I'm feeling a connection." He says and try and fight the urge to climb across the table and smack him in the face. But finally the girl finds common sence in that brain of hers and leaves to get our drinks.
"And that ladies and gentalmen is how you get a girls number. Any questions?" He sighs, with that aggravating smirk still on his face, and leans back in our booth.
