Chapter 2: Hannah and the beast world

Hannah is not having a good day, a once in a life time chance, those words repeat them self in her head as she tries seeing signs of the two, but among the busy and crowded sidewalks it seems impossible, and that's not even the worst part. Hannah is just a little girl and with her out looking around by herself and growing worried, she basically shines like a star...for the police, which is what she is doing now,

"I just need to find those two, or a hideout" Hannah mumbles annoyed at dodging the police, if she's caught she'll have to go back to the hellhole of a mansion, she stops when she see the one she dubbed teddy bear walk down a small ally way, however as two people walk by he seems to have disappeared.

Hannah starts shaking at what she saw,

"Could it be magic?" Hannah says, magic, the very thing that took her mother, the thing that scares her the most,

"This way!" Hearing policemen coming she only had one option,

"I wanted a adventure, here I go" with her petite form she can easily just run in, right as the police pass and they don't catch her running in.

Hannah gets scared, just by being in here, with it so quiet she can hear her own heartbeat increasingly by the second,

"It's like a maze in here" Hannah says hugging snowball who has the ability to change size, snowball had changed to the size of a plush toy, snowball is her current form of protection. Hearing footsteps she turns to the direction to just barely see teddy bear shadow, she runs off going on a chase, until she loses they,

"This really is a-" Hannah looks at blankly at a horse..that is dragging her..to a exit, also it seems to be wearing pants, the horse rudely pushes her onto the ground, that only gets one reaction from Hannah, the horse now stands on two legs and is carrying blankets with its arms,

"Don't you know it's rude to push someone" as she says this, she pushes the horse beast into the wall, doing the same thing from before, she walks away ignoring two facts, one everyone is staring at her, and second...what she did was very hypocritical of her.

Hannah journey off and enjoys the site of the beast world, the book her mother gave her really helped in realizing the world she's in,

"Did she know I would come here one day?" Hannah questions, snowball chirps in response,

"Your right, my mother had light magic not future vision" Hannah says understanding snowball's chirps,

"Hmm?" Hannah is picked up and lets go of snowball gesturing for it to hide, three wolf beast had surrounded her and one picked her up by her shirt, she looks at the three as they talked about selling her hide,

"Yeah we could, or we can eat her, or put her in a cage" together at once they lean in and ask

"What do you think?" It's then that they realize her stare, bored, very bored,

"Don't you know" Hannah grabs the first two wolfs heads and smashes they together,

"It's rude to sell and eat people" and last one tried getting her by leaping at her, leaving his face open for a punch that sends him crashing through some market stands,

"Well now" Hannah looks up at a pig dressed in traditional monk clothing,

" couldn't you have handled that in a peaceful way" the pig says looking at her in a way a mother does when she scolds you, Hannah starts picking her ear

"Not really, would they really listen to the person they are picking on, so anyway old pig, who are you?" Hannah says blowing her finger, when she looks up the pig seems to be giving her a strange look, as if looking for something,

"I'm hyakushubo, as you can see, I am a monk in training, and this" he gestures around him

"This is jutengai, which can only be reached from your world through a certain pattern of paths"
Hannah remembers following teddy bear,

"I was following a beast, I guess I unintentionally took the certain route, as for where I am, this is the beast world, it's said that the reason we are separate is because beasts can become any type of god" Hannah says sort of quoting her mothers book, the monk looks at her impressed,

"Oh I'm Hannah, and as for your name I'll just call you bo-bo" Hannah says smirking at him, bo-bo gives her that strange look again.

"Heyyy, you actually found your way here, I thought you would have called me" Hannah looks behind her to see teddy bear, seeing him more clearly now, a sword? For the first time Hannah realizes his sword, he has a white shirt on with black pants and wears a red jacket with a symbol on the back, and he seems to be drunk based on that light blush,

"You never gave me your name" Hannah says looking at him closely keeping down her excitement of giving teddy bear a bone crushing hug again, he really does look like a giant teddy bear

"Oh that's right" teddy says rubbing his head,

"Anyway, c'mere" teddy starts dragging Hannah somewhere,

"What are you doing? Can't you see she's lost and frightened, we should be kind to the girl" teddy looks at Hannah as she stares back

"She's anything but frightened" he says sweatdropping at her look of boredom

"You monks are all the same, there's more important things in the world than kindness you know" teddy says annoyed at bo-bo, Hannah sweatdrops at their bickering,

"I'm not lost" Hannah speaks up,

"I'm teddy bear's pupil" Hannah says proudly,

"Teddy bear?" They say, bo-bo says it with amusement and contained laughter, and teddy looks at her annoyed

"Pupil but she's a human child" Hannah looks at bo-bo offended,

"One that can use magic, and is strong, this kid gave me a bone crushing hug" teddy puts her on his shoulder, giving her a better view of the beautiful market...and his cute ears on his head,

"Woah, woah, woah, what's she doing here, I told you I was kidding" a beast monkey that is wearing white pants with a open vest on says, running up to them looking at Teddy bear panicked at the fact his joke of taking a human as a pupil,

"Tatara what's going on here" the monk ask the now named beast,

"The lord told him that if he wants to be the successor he should start by finding a apprentice, but he's not like lozen, boys aren't actually lining up for the right to call him master" tatara says snickering at the fact no one wants to call teddy master. Hannah jumps down ignoring teddy's shouting at the two,

"Oh hey it's you three again" Hannah calls out catching the threes attention,
In front of Hannah is about ten wolf beasts,

"Don't tell me you gathered more of your friends just to gang up on poor little me" Hannah taunts the wolves, they growl and charge at her, easily falling for her obvious taunt. before the three can interfere, Hannah takes it into her own hands,

"Didn't you know, the first one to charge first" she punches the air creating a huge shock wave sending them flying,

"Had the lowest chance of winning" she turns to the jawed shock beast she knows

"So shall we get going" Hannah says ignoring the bodies dropping down onto the markets.
