As you close your eyes,

You start to remember,

You remember life and all it's knots and ties.

From when school started in September,

Everyone's drama and lies.

You try to clear your mind,

But you start to find

Everything's still coming back,

Isn't this a little wack?

Everything's starting to revolve around you

And everything that you do.

You can't fall asleep;

The thoughts are getting deep.

You can feel yourself fade away.

As the clock hits midnight ,

You wish you could say:

Going to fight.

As you start to fade asleep,

Your thoughts drag you into a fray

Quiet you will keep

Even if you everything isn't okay.
