[Michael's Perspective]

I sit on the bed and look away from Talia. "Why'd you lie to me?"

"I don't know. This situation is just so hard," she sniffs.

I look at her and watch her quickly wipe away her tears. I feel myself soften and my heart going out to her. I hate to hear and see her cry. "I'm very disappointed, Talia."

"I'm sorry, Michael. I just don't know what to do. How will I ever tell Christian this?"

I sigh, "I don't know, Lia, but you'll have to tell him eventually."

Talia shakes her head and lays down under the sheets, "I just want to rest."

I exhale loudly and get up, walking to my side of the bed. I can't believe she lied to me about this. The chance of being a father excites me, but losing my bestfriend is what scares me. I know I haven't seemed to care much about Christian since I started seeing his wife, but I do.

The next morning, I wake up and Talia is coming out of the bathroom. "Goodmorning," I say and she climbs back into bed, "Morning Michael." I wrap my arm around her waist and kiss her cheek. "You okay?" She nods and I scoot closer behind her, "Baby.."

She lifts her eyebrows. "Talia please talk to me."

She sighs heavily and closes her eyes. "Is something bothering you?" I ask.

She continues to ignore me and I'm slightly becoming frustrated.

I unwrap my arm from around her waist and get out of bed to take a shower.

In the shower, I let the water run down my body as I think back of everything that has happened between Talia and I. From the second we met at my party, to the night of dinner when I couldn't stop caressing her and kissing her, to the day she visited Neverland and the love making just increased from there, and to yesterday, when I found out she is pregnant.

I exhale deeply and thoughts of how the future for us is going to play out runs through my mind. If the baby is mine, will she leave Christian? Will we have a family of our own? If the baby is Christian's, will she stop messing around with me? Will I still have her? Will we still be able to be together? Will I lose her? For good? All of these unanswered questions scare me to death. If the baby is Christian's, I'll probably lose Talia and everything that we have.

[Christian's Perspective]

I'm off today and maybe it'll be good if I get out tonight. Clear my mind of Talia and this simple situation. Atleast for me, it's simple. I call Mike and Marlon and we all agree to go out tonight.

Later that night, I meet up with Marlon at the club.

"Where's Mike?" I ask.

He shrugs as he holds out his hand, "Who knows man. You know he's always late arriving to the club.

I nod and slap his hand.

[Talia's Perspective]

I clean the last few dishes in the sink and turn around, jumping as Michael's standing behind me. "I'm about to head out with Marlon and Christian."

I nod and try to walk past him, but he grabs my waist, moving me in front of him.

"Baby you haven't said a word to me all day. What's wrong?"

I look into his eyes and finally open my mouth to speak.

"Nothing."

"It is. You won't look at me, talk to me, and you act as if I can't touch you. Are your feelings changing?"

"No Michael."

He sighs, "I'm trying, Talia. I don't know what to do anymore."

I kiss his lips softly, "Just go."

"You think a kiss is going to help me deal with the fact that something is wrong and you're not being honest with me as to what it is?"

"Baby, please."

He snatches his keys off the counter, "Bye Talia."

He walks away from me angrily and I feel sadder. Ugghhh I hate all of this so much right now. If only things could be different, but they aren't. I've made a bed and I guess I have to lay in it.

[Michael's Perspective]

I arrive at the club to find Marlon and Christian at the bar. I smack hands with them and sigh as I sit down. "You good bro?" Marlon asks and I nod. I recently told him about Talia and I. "I have something to tell y'all," Marlon says and Christian and I ask what.

"I've been seeing Tania."

I laugh, "Talia's sister?"

Marlon nods and Christian frowns, "How you know that's Talia's sister?"

"Your party, man. Duh."

Christian nods, feeling a bit stupid. He so badly wants to prove that me and Talia are messing around. I think of her and wonder what she's doing. I can't stop thinking about the way I left out on her earlier, but I couldn't hold back that anger anymore.

"Mike? You whooo. Earth to Michael."

I shake my head as Marlon snaps his fingers in my face. "Bro! Are you sure you're good?"

I nod, "Yeah. I'm sure."

Later that night, Marlon and I walk away from the back of the club and find Christian sitting at the bar. He's talking to this woman and I watch him from a far. "He must forgot he's married?" Marlon asks as Chris leads this woman to the dance floor. "I guess so. Shit. His wife forgot she was married too."

Marlon laughs lightly, "Look at him..." We watch as Christian dances behind the woman to "Too Close" by Next. "How could he do Talia like that?" I ask as anger forms over me. "Calm down, Mike. She's not being too faithful to him either. You're just upset because he's doing her like that and you care about her. After everything you've told me, he may not have a chance with her anymore anyways."

"But what I didn't tell you was...she's pregnant.." Marlon's eyes buck, "Aww Mike! You're lying, man." - "I swear to you, Marlon. I found out last night after she tried to hide it from me. She lied to be and everything." I explain the story to him.

"Well she's scared. She has every right to be, honestly. Sure she's messed up, but a baby did make things a bit more serious now."

I look away from Marlon and sigh, "I know man, but I really do think I'm the father. I told her to go ahead and tell Christian, but obviously her feelings are everywhere. She doesn't know what she wants, but I honestly think she's confused as to who she really wants."

"Well what are y'all going to do?"

"We don't know yet. I know what I want, but I'm just waiting for her."

Marlon sighs, "I hope her sister doesn't get me tied up in some shit. The sex is good. Reallll good. That's all I'm really in it for."

I laugh slightly, "How doggish, Marlon." My laughter fades and I stare ahead, "But I really am falling for Talia. Our sex is good too, but I want more than that. I want her, man. I want her to be officially mine. I don't wanna have to share her with...with..HIM!"

We look at Christian as he's holding on to that woman as if he's in love with her. Didn't they just meet? Anger continues to build over me, but I refrain from any actions. Makes me wonder if I should tell Talia or not? Maybe that'd just add on to this confused, twisted, love triangle and a half.
